Great Handyman Service. I needed help putting together some furniture, and he did a great job.

I woke up Sunday morning to see the street flooded from my water main. I just had a plumber “repair” it 2 days ago and it burst again! I called Mr. Degan on Sunday to leave a VM. He called me back within 10 min and said that he was at church and would come to me in 1 hr. He did come and fixed the leak the same day. I had water again in 5 hrs! Mr. Degan was a God-sent to me! I called several other plumbers before I reached Mr. Degan and they all were either too busy or gave me a crazy estimate of $1,700 (from Conway Services)! Mr. Degan fixed my water main for $375! Mr. Degan is a deeply religious man and he treats his customers like God would want him to do so. Unfortunately, you will not be able to find such an honest plumber. Did I say that Mr. Degan was God-sent to me?!

We just moved, and our plumbing needed some help. There wasn’t a rush, but Smith’s Plumbing was able to be available much sooner than I expected. I got a courtesy call on the morning of my appointment, and Carl arrived exactly when planned. He and his team were extremely courteous and professional. It was raining outside, so I especially appreciated their putting on shoe covers before they came in. They completed the work quickly and thoroughly, and the cost was very reasonable. I had a minor question afterwards, and Carl was kind enough to take my call, answer my question and invite me to reach back out if I had any other questions. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

They came for a busted pipe and stayed and helped me with my AC too!!! Only one service charge and nothing else. Very respectful and cleaned up after themselves which shows respect of your home!

Technician Jake was very professional and took the time to explain to us how to use our new device. We were also pleased that ServiceExperts worked on a Saturday to accommodate our busy schedules. Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. This place is terrible. Call somewhere else first. I had someone come out for a minor issue, issue didn’t get fixed and still had to pay $175. The so called manager said she would send someone else out and of course they never came. When I called back, the manager was gone and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Lying to customers and making them pay for services not rendered. Go somewhere else.

I experienced a clogged sink issue after Thanksgiving. Four days later, after leaving messages for two plumbers I had previously hired, I had still not heard back from them. I called Anthony, the plumber, on a Sunday. They were available on Monday. The issue was resolved, the professional showed up on time, and there was constant, transparent communication throughout. After the problem was fixed, extra care was taken to keep the area neat and secure. Caleb performed admirably. strongly advise. Excellent support!
