We've been customers for six years and Service Experts has always done a good job for us. In this time, we've had several technicians come out and Nick is at the top of the list.He calls before coming, is very prompt and leaves our space clean. And he listens well and is always very professional. Nick is great to work with Nd Service Experts is fortunate to have him.

Called for emergency they took all my information never called back even though they advertise 24 hours. Not very good business. I realize it was 2 pm the Friday after Thanksgiving. But don’t say you will call back and don’t and don’t say you are 24 hours. Found someone else was here within 45 minutes of calling.

Our a/c quit working downstairs. I called Roger L. in the Memphis office yesterday afternoon. My husband tested positive for Covid, so I didn’t want to risk exposing anyone. Roger walked me through things to try to attempt to reset the unit. Nothing worked....the outside fan would not run. Roger arrived at 6am this morning. Our inside unit is in the basement storeroom and we have a door to outside, so we were able to have a contactless visit. Roger quickly diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part, installed it and downstairs is now cool......my husband is quarantined downstairs. Thank you so much, Roger

I contacted the company for a diagnosis. The technician was very professional and thorough with letting us know what the problem was. He even noticed other things that we needed to get checked out that we were unaware of, but it had to be addressed by a plumber. He took his time to explain and show what was going on. Wes was very knowledgeable, and I would most definitely recommend this company to someone based upon his professionalism, how notifications were provided, and his ability to provide details with the capability to explain in lamens terms. I also loved that they are available around the clock. This was good to know for future reference for me. I have added them to my contacts. I will be giving them a call back to get the work done.

Had them out two times, first time was a quick and easy fix and they handled it quickly. The second was more complex and because of American Home shield warranty issues and holidays it took longer then I had hoped. The following day there were issues but they corrected them promptly

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
