First time customer signed up for annual service. Shawn tried his best to find anything that seemed off with heaters recommend a course of action if it got worse. He did not pressure me to make a drastic repair. Due to COVID19 the company asks employees to wear masks or shoe covers if requested, he wore a mask, he didn't complain, he did his job and even showed concern about uneven heating in the home offering suggestions. I'm reserving the fifth star for the end of the annual service. But Shawn was a 5 star employee.

We called and needed our AC serviced and cleaned. Kelly had a service tech there within the hour. Very respectful and professional guys, we will definitely be using them from now on. Thanks again Kelly and team.

Done an excellent job. They save me a lot of money best plumber I've ever had Conway try to rip me off but he did not he found out the problem was different from what they said and solved it for me thank him so much

Malcolm was our service technician for today. Very knowledgeable and professional. Accomplished the work / maintenance we required. Informed us of a hot water heater issue that needs to be addressed. Diligently set us an appointment for the hot water heater to office. Will ask for Malcolm in the future for our heating maintenance. We have used Conway Services for all types of services they provide. The office staff has great communication and actually do what they say there going to do. All aspects we have used from heat/air service - install - plumbing = The technicians are top notch. Malcolm has just kept Conway consistent again. Looking forward to being associated with this first class organization.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
