I had to give this review because of the excellent customer service I received from Terry Gaines. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my homes HVAC efficiency. The information he gave me was top notch resourceful. Based on his knowledge and showing me the resources to back his information I was convinced I was heading in the right direction. Thank you Terry/Service Experts for your timely and immediate response to my needs as a customer. I have to reiterate great customer service hands down.

So the repair guy was very nice & did a good job. However, his superior was pretty trashy & unethical.
Long story short, the tech, IN the process of diagnosis actually fixed the problem, yet I was charged for a full cleaning because it was their standard charge, I assumed that’s what he’s trained to do, not really his call. I signed for the work that had been done after telling the service guy that I had some concerns about pricing & that I’d be calling the office later to discuss them; why would you argue with someone about something that is wildly beyond their control right?
Customer Care Manager Larry calls me back and basically says in the first few syllables that it doesn’t matter what I have to say, and that I’ve already signed the paperwork. (Not necessarily true btw, contracts get overturned all the time because of their terms or the conditions surrounding the signing process )
This guy basically had no intent of discussing the matter professionally & had already fabricated the dialogue for himself. Sure, I wouldn’t be surprised if he has some technical experience that got him to his current position but he has no business ‘talking business’ with anyone beyond a 3rd grade reading level; it was an absolutely deplorable approach to the matter.
Long story short, everyone else involved was professional, but that was an absolutely disgusting approach for someone speaking on behalf of a business.

I honestly appreciate this company. They were friendly. THEY They replaced a faucet for my mom.They came the same day and the price was reasonable. It didn't take very long either. I would definitely call them back .

These guys are my go to for not only my traditional heating and ac units, but also for my very very very ancient midtown boiler. They are super fast to respond, reasonably priced, but most importantly every tech they ve sent has been polite and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on. I am so happy to have found Baker!

Rescue Your Air & Drain got assigned by the Home Warranty company to address my plumbing issues - Bathroom drain blockage and Kitchen faucet leaking. The technician that visited was nice, explained what was going on, and took care of it. When I needed to reschedule my appointment, I could do so without an issue 2 times. Also, a vendor must report to the home warranty in time to get the replacement parts. Rescue your Air & Drain did it on the same day and saved time.

It is tough to get them on the phone but calling a couple of times could get you to speak with someone, and they are ready to work with you.
