We had a power outage which caused our AC to go out. I called Mitch Wright 1st thing the next morning. Matt was here by 10:00.

He was polite, thorough, and quickly got it back up & running.

Courtney, in the office, was courteous and efficient. She called before Matt got here to let me know he was on his way, and she emailed me a picture of Matt, so I'd recognize him when he arrived.

Spring A/C & Heating Tune Up & Maintenance. The Receptionist & Technician were both professional and courteous. However, I had to call two (2) days in a row to get the Technician to come to my house for the service. No one called or informed me they were not coming. I had to reschedule three (3) times before the Technician arrived. Very poor PR communication & scheduling service! I wasted (2) days of (3-hours each day) waiting for the Technician to arrive. Again, finally the Technician (Mr Scott) was very courteous, professional and efficient!

We are very impressed with the job Jon Monroe, advisor, and his crew Tommy and Brandon did with replacing our water heater, including earthquake support, and exhaust vent. They were very experienced and informed about our city's current codes and did meticulous work. We will definitely be contacting Best Care Services when we need a new HVAC system.

Thought I’d have to get a new hot water heater buddy but he only replaced the thermostats!
