Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Dealing with this company trying to get a guy to come out and give an estimate has been NOTHING BUT A FRUSTRATING HASSLE!!! It's ridiculous how a company could employ such an incompetent, inconsiderate, idiot. Dave or David finally called us back Saturday night and said he'd call us Sunday around 10am to come look at the problem. He called us that evening and said it'd be today. He didn't call, he didn't show up. We called the company back. He's out sick today. You'd think a company would think more of their customers and at least call them to let them know, or Dave would've called us to let us know! To add to his idiocy, when he first called us he asked for himself. Is Dave there? There is no Dave at this number. Oh, I'm sorry. Is John there? This is Dave. If this company's employees treats all their customers like this and is that incompetent, I'm not trusting them to do quality work and they'll go bankrupt REAL quick!

I have used Tim Ferguson for several different service projects in the past. They are always professional and courteous. The most recent project was installing a new a/c system. Roger was my service technician. He diagnosed my problem quickly with the repair options to go with it. Our system was older, so it was time for a new system. It was scheduled for the next day and completed faster than expected. As most of us know great service is difficult to find these day, but Tim Ferguson Memphis hits the mark! I had an appointment with this company for 2 weeks, took of work for the appointment, and they did not show up for the appointment or call me at all for that matter. I had to call them to find out they would not be coming to my house anymore due to their increase of emergency calls.

Explanation:
I Had an appointment for January 5th at 3 PM. I called early in the morning of January 5th at 830 am to ask them to call me when they were on the way they said ok.
Flash forward -
To 3:00 pm appointment time.- plumber is a no show there is no call.
At 5:00 pm I get my husband to call to inquire what is happening. They answered and stated they had multiple emergency calls come in and they would have to reschedule.

They would have been great to know earlier in the day. I waited around for this company, took half a day off work and they could not even call me after they did not show up to reschedule or tell me they were canceling?

Appreciated the service to clear out a clog.

So I originally found this company on Angie's list about 7 years ago. They have been my go to guys ever since. Super professional, reasonably priced. Very nice people to work with. Never felt uncomfortable when anyone was in my home.
