Smith’s Plumbing technician John, arrived early for same day service and before entering my home, he covered his boots with cloth like booties, which I appreciated.John assessed the plumbing problem and fixed everything needed, cleaned up area and removed old parts. Also, John offered great advice and information on prevention care and even showed me how to turn off main water valve located on the car port. John was very knowledgeable and service oriented, thoughtful, polite and professional at all times.Smith’s Plumbing Service, will be our go to people for any plumbing issues or questions we may ever have.

Couldn't help with installion

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

The employees there are very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, & just all around good people, especially Ms Zandra, compassionate & informative. ❤️❤️

I had a pipe burst on Christmas. River City followed up on Christmas and scheduled me for the next day. Luke and the other plumber were beyond nice and listened to everything we wanted done. They did a wonderful job fixing and installing the new pipe. I will definitely use them again.

((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
