Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. I have used Tim Ferguson for several different service projects in the past. They are always professional and courteous. The most recent project was installing a new a/c system. Roger was my service technician. He diagnosed my problem quickly with the repair options to go with it. Our system was older, so it was time for a new system. It was scheduled for the next day and completed faster than expected. As most of us know great service is difficult to find these day, but Tim Ferguson Memphis hits the mark! Finding a good HVAC company is not an easy task. After dealing with three companies either not showing up, or not returning calls, or overall poor customer service, I found Crowe Heating & Air by chance. To describe Crowe Heating, I would say they operate a perfect 3-way relay race. First Leg: My call with the Diane (I think who answered), the appointment scheduler, was my first indication I had found the right company. She was polite and explained what would happen next. Second Leg: Through my interaction with Richard, the estimator, I knew I was in good hands. He was polite and assured me they would complete the work correctly the first time. Anchor/Third Leg: Completing the installation was not an easy task, given the position and close quarters in the attic; however, Tim and crew (the installers) completed the installation and my house has never felt this cool. Their scheduling, communication, promptness, and professionalism place them in a different class of other HVAC companies. If you have HVAC needs, go to Crowe.

Have had Ray Baker Plumbing out to our house twice now, and both times they were fast, friendly, decently priced, and honest. The plumber could have easily convinced me that more work was necessary (I know next to nothing about plumbing), but he assured me that the problem was minor and easily fixed. HIGHLY recommended.

Home generator repair. Gilberto is outstanding tech. Found my problem and had it repaired in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend them if you have a generic generator or are interested in purchasing one.

I am editing this post now that their plumbing work had to be repaired by a second company. The leak got worse after the plumber from Rescue Your Air and Drain left. When I called them back out, they claimed not to be able to find the leak, and they gave me a $6000 quote ($4500 if they didn't patch up the concrete they were going to dig up) to try again to solve the leak. I had three other companies come give me a $2500 estimate and agree to do the work without busting concrete. They had to repair what the Rescue Your Air & Drain did. They may be fair in other areas, but I would never use them again for plumbing even though they were originally sent by the insurance company to see if the leak was in the house, and they claimed that this work was part of what they did. Every person I talked to gave different information from that point forward. Below is my original review:

The person who came to give the quote and assess the plumbing issue seems very sincere and nice, however, everyone else has been very unprofessional. When I first spoke to the company and told them that someone from our city had already verified that we had a broken pipe out front, they told me they would send someone with the equipment to locate the leak and have a same-day repair. When they found the leak, they then said repair would be days later because those are two separate appointments to locate and to repair. The employee said I should never have been told that he would do both in one day. Then when they did do the repair, they didn't come back in the house and turn back on the toilets and hot water heaters they turned off. I had to that myself. The day was already hectic with my work schedule, so I agreed to pay then the quoted amount, being assured I would get a receipt for my records. I have called three times for the receipt. When I called just now again, we are not even in the system. I had to describe the work done so they could create an invoice and a receipt. I already thought the price was high, but now I know why. It feels very dishonest.I still don't have a receipt for the work other than their random texts.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
