On Nov. 16, 2021 I had an appointment scheduled to diagnose a water stain on kitchen ceiling. German was the technician who came to look at the issue. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He thoroughly troubleshot the issue finding no problems. Since he was here I asked if he could fix a rocking toilet I had. The repair was made promptly. I'm pleased with the service I received. This is my third time using this company. I would highly recommend Smith's Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.I had a pleasant and satisfying experience with the service provided. They were courteous, prompt, and professional. My issue occurred unexpectedly and they worked to get me scheduled quickly. They provided excellent customer care as well as accurately diagnosing the problem. Overall I was pleased with this company.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. Every experience I have had with these plumbers has been terrible. They are not on time to emergency calls, when you call to follow up you are hung up on. Completely unprofessional and 10/10 would not recommend. Installed incorrect parts, unreliable, unprofessional, rude to customers.

I set up a service call online, and got a confirmation immediately for a plumber service call in the Memphis area. The service technician arrived early, and was clear in explaining the anticipated cost based on his findings. Within just a few minutes, the problem was taken care of.

When they had a cancellation, the tech called and asked if I’d like to move my appointment 2 hours sooner, which worked out perfectly. The techs arrived 5 minutes early and after completion off the job, they took the time to explain preventive maintenance to eliminate the problem from reoccurring. Perfect experience. ((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
