I am so impressed with Smith Plumbing! This company visited every school in my district during teacher appreciation week and served us all a fantastic breakfast! I remember thinking, if I ever needed a plumber, I would call them. Well, was luck would have it, the following weekend I discovered a major plumbing problem. I called Smith at 2 pm, and I had a plumber in my house an hour later! Ethan was wonderful. When their crew came to work on my sewer, I was SO impressed with Austin and Jeremy, who were willing to help me save my plants and flowers. Even more impressive was this company's concern for my neighbors and how the dig ( and excess dirt) would affect them! My neighbor was so impressed by this that he said he would be calling them if he needed plumbing service. I will not use another company. Smith's professionalism has my loyalty!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. River City did an amazing job replacing our entire sewer line.There was every underground utility possible running over the old sewer line but Jonathan and his crew were extremely careful to not damage any of them. I would highly recommend River City.

Raymond did a great job. He addressed the problem efficiently and effectively. Past being a knowledgeable plumber he is a great salesman. He presented his message in a professional, soft sell manner. When I have plumbing issues in the future I will call Raymond.

Good people, worked hard to install new HVAC condenser/furnace. But didn't tell us we'd get a new thermostat or leave manuals, etc., so we're not sure how to work the thermostat and don't know what type of air filter the system needs. I will use them again.

Leaky outdoor faucet. Stopped leak with washer. Explained if recurs may need replacement which would be more expensive complicated fix. Grateful for easy fix . My husband hates plumbing and I would rather pay a friendly plumber that live with cranky husband. Thank you Culpeper.

Nathan saved the day! I called 4 companies as my kitchen filled with water on a Sunday evening, but not one 24/7 emergency plumber was working. Then, I found United and thank goodness they actually have caring, knowledgeable employees, that are willing to work!
