Best Air Conditioning And Heating Maintenance in Memphis TN

Billy was on time, very professional and did the maintenance on my system expeditiously. I am very pleased with the service.

We dealt with Shannon F. and Wes K. to come and clean 4 room air conditioners. Wes
came when promised and did a good job for a reasonable price. He promised to return
in 2 or 3 weeks to recheck them. He was very nice and helpful. We talked to Shannon when making this appointment. She was very helpful and courteous and made sure our needs were met.

AFTER HOURS and WEEKENDS!

The Friday night before we were headed to the beach I was in the garage packing my truck and noticed an odd sound coming from my breaker panel that sounded like a 1930’s science fiction movie (or bacon cooking). NOT good! I noticed this around 10 PM. It was the breaker dedicated to my HVAC system. I called several places I found on google and had NO luck. Even the ones bragging they have after hour techs. I’d call them, be told a tech would call back in 30 minutes. Never got a single call. So…I finally found Tim Ferguson and made the call around 12:30 am. Had it not been for my iPhone going into Do Not Disturb mode I would have seen that Roger had called me back around 12:45 in the morning (and he would have come out then to fix the problem right then). Not hearing the phone ring and growing tired of looking for a contractor I fell asleep knowing we were not leaving for the beach at our scheduled 6 AM time on Saturday. I had planned on waking up and gong to a nearby electrician business and sitting on their porch in order to get help (rather than calling them).

When I woke, I saw that Roger Lemons (Memphis office) had called me twice during the wee hours of the morning (Kudo’s to him). I called him back before i could get the sleep out of my eyes due to the urgency of our situation. He immediately answered the phone, asked me to describe the problem, I told him of my vacation timeline and in less than 45 minutes he was knocking on my door. Roger quickly evaluated the problem, had the parts on his truck, fixed the arching breaker and was well on his way to the next call in less than one hour. ALL done before the local electrician shop would have opened! Roger was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have now added Tim Ferguson’s contact information to my phone’s contact list. They will be the FIRST place I call from now on should I have any electrical needs!

After hours or on weekends, make Tim Ferguson the FIRST place you call! I could not be happier with the level of service and prompt attention to my problem.

Done an excellent job. They save me a lot of money best plumber I've ever had Conway try to rip me off but he did not he found out the problem was different from what they said and solved it for me thank him so much

Conway HVAC sent technician Doug Maddox to my home after I requested a 2 system full check because of a prior problem. Doug checked both systems throughly while explaining what he was doing and he then checked and cleaned both condensers until they looked brand new. I didn’t have to ask him to complete any tasks he was the utmost professional.

Would have been 5 but we were without air for 1 week. Called on Thursday. First appointment was the next Tuesday. Waited on parts and fixed on Friday. Very detailed on their work and so far so good.

I was assigned another vendor through American Home Shield. After getting poor service and having the same problem, I requested another vendor. I was assigned Rescue Air and Drain. I will request them every time! Andre is an expert in his industry. He quickly diagnosed the problem (which wasn’t what the other company said). Fixed it immediately and walked me through what happened and why. Absolutely excellent! Practiced all COVID safety measures too!

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
