Dallman is a very customer focus, reasonably priced plumbing Company. They have great communication skills, very professional and do the job right. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing job.

We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as emergency call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.

Greg is the best drain guy in town. He knows old plumbing systems very well and the idiosyncrasies of most neighborhoods. He has spotted problems ahead of time and saved us from future headaches and expenses. He's nice, courteous and professional. I highly recommend him.

I have used Triggs twice in the past few years. Service is okay at best.

Be prepared to pay not only for a service call but also a separate fee for the truck charge. When I asked about this, I was told it pays for gas and maintenance on their vehicles. That's ridiculous.

So, what you need to understand is we're on our third whole house remodel. And up until now we've done all the work ourselves. But sometimes you just NEED a professional. I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

The guy they sent was nice but he was unable to solve my problem (walnuts in a pipe). So they charged me $155 for one hour of having a guy unsuccessfully use a shop vac to vacuum out a nut.

My very old AC unit stopped working on Saturday of one of the hottest weekends we've had this summer. By Monday morning it was about 84 degrees in my house. Very hot for me. So I started making phone call to a number of AC companies in the area. Some companies I was put on hold indefinitely. Some were two weeks out for a new AC, one week out for a service call. However, within a couple hours of my initial phone call, Kendell showed up at my door, clipboard in hand. We discussed the various options available to replace the very old AC. I found him to be both honest and personable. We agreed on a new unit, and to my pleasant surprise within a couple hours after that, he had a team of guys out and the old AC was replaced with a new one by about 3pm the same day. A remarkable accomplishment in my book. I would highly recommend them. Kendall followed up with a phone call and promptly emailed the warranty information.

Very satisfied with this company's service. They went out of their way to fit me in their very busy schedule! Eric was very professional and resolved my plumbing issues within an hour. Madison Sewer and Drain fixed the issue with my drain that two other companies previously were not able to do. Don't hesitate to call them, you won't regret the decision!

Our main sewer drain was clogged and started to seep back through the basement floor drain. Called Roto-Rooter the next morning and had a technician at our door a couple hours later. The technician was polite, kind, knowledgable and was able to get the job done quickly. Overall, the prices are extremely reasonable and the job was done professionally.
