Was to be at my house to fix a plumbing problem at 2:00 and didn't show.

The replacement of my lead water supply pipe required quite a bit of expertise due to the configuration of the pipe trench, my driveway, an added slab at the front of the house and only a crawl space to perform the connection work. The team worked very well together, treated me with respect and performed the replacement in one day rather than the estimated 2 days. I was without water for about an hour. The action limit for lead in drinking water is 15 ppb. Testing the system afterwards revealed a little less than 9 ppb lead after the water sat in the system for 13 hours. So, lead contamination was minimal from their work, too.
