I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

My technician was awesome. He explained everything to me as he did it. Accidentally while removing a circuit board, wires came detached and was no longer usable. He told me what had happened, called and reported the situation to his supervisor in front of me, the part was replaced with no cost to me. Integrity first!

We have called these guys twice now, and for both problems they showed up really fast, and figured out the problem within an hour. In one case, they cleared the drain pipe clog themselves, in the other, they diagnosed the problem as a dead septic pump. In the second case, they called another service to install a new pump and charged a VERY reasonable rate to diagnose and refer. Both interactions were friendly, prompt and they were able to discern the issue perfectly. Nothing but good things to say about these guys!! A+

I called on a Saturday when all other plumbing companies are closed. I needed my 40 gallon water heater replaced. They told me they could be there in 30-45 min and what the cost would be. Within 3 hrs of my call they replaced the water heater and took the old one away. The plumber they sent was nice and explained what he was doing.

Pertzborn replaced my water heater 4 years ago. I had them out today to do a maintenance check on it.
