We called Mark's when we were having drain/grease trap issues at our commercial kitchen. The technician who came out (also named Mark) was right on time and extremely professional. Honestly they are lucky to have someone who takes their job as seriously as he does. He fixed our problem, gave us tips on how to avoid future issues, and did a thorough cleanup job before leaving. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are always the first place we call for plumbing issues

Maurice Henderson came to my house to perform annual maintenance check on my furnace. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain what he was doing in response to my many questions. Not only did he perform the maintenance, he was able to give me advice on the best options for my return vents settings for the most efficient heating and cooling operations. I was very happy with the service provided and with Maurice himself.

My hot water heater was only 4 years old and Ken came to see if it could be repaired. It needed to be replaced and Oasen had it replaced with a quality h ot water heater the same day. And quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Oasen plumbing.

Don’t waste your time with these guys!!
First meeting with plumber I was told the job would need a project mgr, he took pics and said project mgr would be in touch. I waited close to a week , called and was told Tom’s very busy and if I don’t hear from him in a few days I should call back?!? Tom called me 2 days ltr and set up a time to come and further look at job. He came looked at it for about 5 min said he was going to talk to some other guys to figure out options for me. I waited ANOTHER week and called Tom…. He said ,”yeah we are going to pass on the job”. I said it would’ve been nice to know this before 3 weeks went by and I was waiting on them. He said he’s been busy
No consideration for other people’s time and very unprofessional

HJ Pertzborn addressed a variety of plumbing issues we had with some of the hook-ups done to a condo we moved into. They did their due diligence in finding and repairing the source of a leak from a new laundry hook-up. Rerouted the kitchen drain so suds would not come out of the dishwasher overflow tube and replaced the garbage disposal trap so the water runs out more rapidly from that drain. We moved into a condo where some nice updates were done, but not done in the best way. I contacted HJ Pertzborn after another plumbing company did not find the source of the laundry pipe leak.
