Great company. They are fast and easy to work with. Great customer service. I call them for any plumbing issue.

This guy is rude and unprofessional. He actually left my property multiple times (renter) because I asked him to take his shoes off or wear covers. No one wants dirty water tracked thru their house. He didn’t even have the decency to bring a towel to wipe up the mess he left. How hard is it to wear covers while you’re in the bathroom and take them off before coming out. How hard is it to just be respectful.

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

I had a blocked kitchen sink that one plumber in town was unable to fix (though I was still charged). I contacted Madison Sewer and Drain Cleaning and Erich arrived on time, he was informative and efficient and fixed the problem at a very fair price. I needed a water softener swapped out and some other work in our bathroom for a small remodel we did. A guy came out to quote it the next day and the price was fair. During the project, the plumber ran into an issue where he needed some extra parts. I appreciated the fact that he had them on hand in his truck, and didn't charge me for them. They came in right at their quote, even with the extra work. Very professional professional.

We have called these guys twice now, and for both problems they showed up really fast, and figured out the problem within an hour. In one case, they cleared the drain pipe clog themselves, in the other, they diagnosed the problem as a dead septic pump. In the second case, they called another service to install a new pump and charged a VERY reasonable rate to diagnose and refer. Both interactions were friendly, prompt and they were able to discern the issue perfectly. Nothing but good things to say about these guys!! A+

I scheduled for a Wed. The guy didn't show up. Called him on Fri. He forgot to come.
Rescheduled for Tues a.m. Didn't show up. He called at 2:30 P.M. Said he could be at my house in 5 minutes. Said he forgot to write it down..
I was an hour away. Told him I was getting someone else.
