I rarely do reviews at all. But Considering how this company saved my Family today I felt the need to do as such. I called, and im not exaggerating, over 20 companies on my Friday Morning when I Noticed my AC was out and blowing Hot air. I got blown over by every one of them telling me they can get to me maybe on Monday. Its 109 Degrees outside and you want me to wait for the weekend? On and On it went, until we Came across Duncan and they Said they would take care of us. I Kid you not 10 Minutes later they called me letting me know a tech had finished early and was on his Way. Very professional shows up and takes care of business. I got my AC back on Cooling down the house within 10 minutes of that. I could not recommend this Company more then I do. They will be getting all of my business that I can possibly give them. Don't waste your time with other Companies. They obviously didn't want my Business. I had a plumbing issue and thought I would try this company. I told the tech exactly what he needed to do because I have had to get it done many times before. It was literally 15 minutes of work, max. I told the tech that I would meet him at the house in a few and he could get started. When I got to the house he was doing the work another way. We tested the line and it didn’t work. He then tried doing it his way again for a long time and it didnt work. He again was trying it from another place and I told him to stop and do it my way. 5 minutes and the line was clear. I got the bill for $395 and of course had to pay right then. All the other companies that I have used in the past was a 1 hour of labor charged for 15-20 minutes of work and that was perfectly fine with me. I had to pay for 3 hours because he was working for 3 hours doing things his way that didnt work. I want to use this company to do more work that I have planned but I think I need to move on and get a company that does not over charge me. It might be my fault by being passive, I should have just told him do it my way or leave.

We have used Armstrong since 2006 when they installed our new HVAC system. They have always treated us fairly and came at convenient times and on time. The technician who worked on our drain issues didn’t stop until he figured out the problem. He also told us what to look for if this became an ongoing issue, what we would be facing. I’ve never been dissatisfied with their service. Alton is a rock star!

These guys were very prompt when fixing our broken condenser. They are priced very very well and are extremely professional. Will definitely be using for all of our HVAC and Plumbing needs. We called for someone to look at our A/C on a Wednesday and was told the soonest time would be Friday morning at 930am. At 1045am 2 plumbers showed up that weren't able to diagnose anything thinking we had a plumbing problem. They made a phone call and said someone was on their way. 3 hours later no one had shown up, we called back around 145 and the lady said she was sending someone which NEVER happened! Don't bother with this company.

Lowery has installed my high efficiency air conditioning system, which is keeping my electric bill way low!! In addition, they also replaced all the plumbing under my house, without busting up all of my floors! They aren't always the cheapest, but they are definitely the best. Needless to say, I love them and will continue to use them!!

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

These people settled for $1,200 and when we gave them the credit card info they charged $1,701.25. This is fraud. They are crooks. Do not use their services. Over priced for one and inflate your bill. Criminals!!!
