Best Pump Repair in Lubbock TX

Anthony showed up to fix our leak the same day I called for repair. He was courteous and professional . He found the leak quickly and had it repaired in no time .

Prompt professional service. Had a pipe bust by my water heater and only recourse was shutting down main to the house. I literally called about 5 or 6 different plumbers before coming across JD's. The best any of the rest of them could do was get someone to my house in a day or more, which obviously an issue when you are completely without water. They had someone to my house in about 3 hours and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. I'm not sure how the price compared but honestly didn't matter given the situation. My only regret is that I don't remember the plumbers name who came out as he was a stand up professional!

Bob and Sam are by far the best plumbers in the Lubbock area! They are trustworthy and always make sure to get the job done right the first time. You can always count on them to be honest with their work and always do what is best for you. If you are looking for a plumber in the area, you definitely have to give them a call! You won't regret it. I wish I would've found them sooner!

Scary service. My bathroom floor was warm. We called, he came. He stated he didn't want to crack into the slab. We said we just needed to fix it. He said they would return with supplies. They were a crew of 20 years olds that scattered like ants (one into the attic?) and, suddenly, my house had four large holes in four different rooms including an 3ft x 10ft cavern in the master bedroom and a pile of shattered sheetrock in the corner. The boys never explained what they were doing. I wasn't expecting all of this and asked if they knew anyone who could fix the walls. They said, he will. In 25 minutes they had come and gone. Suddenly, He (Jay Young) appears to check on the work, said looks good and talked about the bill. I asked about the wall repair and he wrote down a number stating Juan's pretty good. The wall repair will cost more than the plumbing rig.

I'm now left with a disaster. They cut and sealed the copper supply lines for warm water and snaked a plastic tube up into the attic and down through the other walls. Water lines laying on top of my insulation? Hey, at least it's hot water and won't freeze! If you need a faucet changed, fine, but don't hire this crew for anything more than that.

Would highly recommend Armstrong Heating, Air and Plumbing. Our service technician Mario S. was extremely professional and courteous. He addressed our main problem and was able to fix it in a very timely manner. He answered all of my questions and then was able to diagnose and fix several other issues we were having. I will not hesitate to call them again for any problems or routine maintenance that we may have with our heating, air or plumbing. I would like to let management know that they have an excellent employee in Mario S. and he should be recognized and commended for a job well done.

I can't thank Turner & Witt enough for always making us a priority! We came in today & our air conditioner was out at the office. The Texas heat is hot in June. They got here quickly & repaired in 10 mins. Thank you for taking care of us!

My technician replaced my water heater. They were quite affordable and very clear with their rates. I would strongly suggest this firm for any future plumbing issues because their service was really professional.

We had the pleasure of doing business with Johnson Pumping due to our septic system being full. I called around 8:40am and spoke with Phil. He had a truck out by noon. Forrest Lopez was very professional and knowledgeable and got us taken care of and explained to us how to use the fizzy tabs. I would highly recommend this company .

After calling in A1 as a second opinion John stayed until he got the clog removed and all without tearing up the floor as the first plumbers told me would have to happen. Thank you for being honest, reliable and hard working

AC went out over the weekend. I emailed the company email and Jordan called me immediately. Jordan had the problem fixed in a couple of hours. What a life saver. It was 102 degrees today. Found my guys!

My water heater warranty required a licensed plumber to install the unit. Placed a call and had Shawn from Mr. Rooter out first thing the next day, he very quickly performed an accurate estimate at less then is common for this job (learned from online research) did an amazing job and worked very quickly. Mr. Rooter will be my first call for any further work on my home. Very good experience.

The original installation price was fair and the work was good but the couple of things they had to fix were EXTREMELY overpriced. I would be very careful using them for any work because of that reason.

Charged $49.50 for someone to come out and tell me that the problem was the exact same problem I described on the phone. The plumber was there for about 2 minutes before saying he'd have to come back the next day with the right equipment to fix the issue, which I can only assume would have been another $49.50 + labor. I called Sinclair instead, and they came out and fixed the sink immediately.

Called Churchwell Plumbing on Monday to come out and look at my plumbing issues. All of my toilets and tubs were backed up and being 6 months pregnant the sanitary issue was a concern. When I called I was advised that there will be a $75.00 call out fee and it may be a septic tank issue that they don't handle. For the sake of at least figuring out whether it was a septic issue or a clog I still wanted them to come out. Literally, I showed the gentlemen my tub and we walked one side of the house and there wasn't a real attempt to find the sewer clean out. Just by looking at my tub and walking the side of my house I was advised that it was a septic tank issue. Due to the holidays I could not get the septic pumping company out until Wednesday to pump my septic tank. Firstly, the septic tank was not full and secondly, after it was pumped my drains were still clogged-meaning this was never a septic tank issue. I attempted to call Churchwell Plumbing back to get it resolved, however, their phone was down. After nearly 3 days with no plumbing I went ahead and reached out to another company. Mr. Wilson's Plumbing came out the same day and there was a completely different vibe. They went above and beyond to make sure my baby and I were taken care of. They came out with a motive to fix the issue, unlike the response I got from Churchwell. Needless to say, it was not a septic tank issue and the clog could have been taken care of, but Churchwell took the $75.00 and ran with it.
