In mid-June our decrepit HVAC system was on its last legs and the ductwork was shot. Armstrong Mechanical came out on top of several quotes. We got a top rated Lennox system, completely new ductwork, and blown insulation at a very reasonable price. Armstrong completely replaced the 3 foot plenum, which is the stack over the blower unit that connects to the attic ductwork. Some companies just slide a new blower unit in and connect it to the original plenum which can be caked with years of dirt. Armstrong installed duct elbows over raised rafters and dampers in the ducts. Both improve the airflow. Armstrong also put in all new boots, the metal sleeve that joins the air vent grate to the ducting. The installation techs cleaned the air intake vents embedded in the foundation using an extended vacuum hose. We had a glitch a couple of weeks after installation arising from Lubbock's changeover to ERCOT. Armstrong sent someone over within a couple of hours of our phone call. They installed a surge protector at no cost to us under our service contract. Armstrong Mechanical's Comfort Specialist David T and their service techs were wonderful to work with. They were very friendly, helpful, and patiently explained things. The installation was done carefully and efficiently. The service techs kept the areas they worked in clean. We strongly endorse Armstrong Mechanical and Lennox. If you need a new HVAC system or air conditioning/heater servicing, then you Better Call Armstrong!

Had no heat, very responsive. Diagnostic testing reveiled inducer motor needed to be replaced. My system was a very HGH end system, and it was more economically feasible to replace the heater. Upon further checking, techs noticed they smelled gas at the exterior of the house. Upon further checking realized the riser was leaking, and upon digging down to the pipe that goes out to the meter was not up to code. They had dug from the house out to the meter all by hand. These techs were very hard workers and always professional. They will definitely be my go to guys.

Had a great experience with Kyle and the installers. Everyone was very attentive to the work and care of my home. They'd ask me if I liked the way something turned out and check in. I'd recommend having them out to service your furnace and A/C.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

They have serviced my friend's house for decades and are familiar with her and her house issues. They are friendly and make everyone feel as if they are part of the Duncan family!!

If they can’t call you back, at least to tell you that they’re busy, it’s not someone you want to do business with.

We used Joe Rushing for sewer repairs due to a tree eating our pipes. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly me stay at the estimated costs. The whole way they communicated with us on where we were on the process and the things that would happen next.

The techs did an excellent job and did their best to minimize the amount of floor space that had to torn up to fix the problem. I would hire them again.

Bad service don’t use

The original installation price was fair and the work was good but the couple of things they had to fix were EXTREMELY overpriced. I would be very careful using them for any work because of that reason.
