I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

My hats off to the entire staff at Bryant Sinclair Heating & Air on Upland in Lubbock from the office staff to our technician, Jonathan Cooper. He not only had an outstanding personality with hands down the best customer service around, but he was also very professional, friendly & knowledgeable!!! He was also a Military veteran so I salute Jonathan on his job well done!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone any time. They replaced a thermostat in our home very promptly same day. Five plus stars here.

We had a blocked sewer line which Neal and Taylor Turner tried to clear but correctly identified the problem as in the city's portion of the line. Their charge was quite reasonable. The city workers came out quickly and unblocked their line. But two toilets developed leaks around the base. Taylor came back out to fix the repair that a friend had tried unsuccessfully to make. He efficiently fixed what could have been very costly repair. His charge was very fair again considering the time and work involved. Very satisfied!

AC was not cooling efficiently so I got online and requested an appointment for the next day. Ed showed up promptly at time of appointment, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work needed quickly and got my home cool again in no time. Thanks Ed and Action Air. You provided great service!

The original installation price was fair and the work was good but the couple of things they had to fix were EXTREMELY overpriced. I would be very careful using them for any work because of that reason.

I called Lowry on a Friday afternoon because my a/c was not going below 80. The receptionist gave the tech the wrong number but thankfully he stopped by my home anyway to try and resolve. He looked at the exterior unit and checked voltage and looked at the filter on the interior unit and told me my issue was in sealing the return air at the unit a $300 job. I thought over the weekend and called to schedule it the following week which included me removing my hot water heater so they did not charge me a quoted 400-500 for that task as well to access the needed area. On the day of the service the tech called me after arriving at my home and stated he had changed his mind and now felt it was a bent pipe from the outside unit. I asked for the quote to repair that and was told there wasn’t a repair for that and he would have a manager come out to quote replacing the outside unit. The manager reached out later and gave me a quote for a whole new system topping 10K. Since we went from a $300 job to a 10K job I decided to get a second opinion. The second company came out and opened up both the interior and exterior units checked all pressures and items and discovered the exterior unit was low on Freon and while the exterior coils were clean when they split the coils and looked that they needed to be cleaned. Now a month later and the unit is still running great with no issues.

Moral of the story: if you want a fast response I recommend Lowry. But if you want a thorough job call someone else. I can’t believe I almost handed over 10K when it needed $175 worth of work.
