I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

Our air conditioner went out and they were so prompt at getting a technician here within 2 hours of our calling them. We had to get a new unit and they kept us informed about shipping and when it got here they installed it the next morning. We have used Duncan for 30 years and they are a great group of folks.

Called jds to take a look at my ac. I have used them for 15 years. Had a guy come look and tell me the filter that I was using was to thick and was a pound low on coolant ok so he changed it and pot more coolant in. This didnt fix the problem at all called them back out the next day to find out the coils were dirty and they want to charge me 1200 on top of the 300 I already spent for them to fix the problem. Called around and everyone else charges from 6 to 750 on the same problem and they never even tried to make it right with the money I already paid them to fix the problem. CALL AROUND GET QUOTES FONT USE JDS THEY WILL SCREW YOU IF THEY GET THE CHANCE.

Great experience! Called one morning needing help with the commode in our office. They were able to get to us before the end of the day and get the problem fixed. They always get to us quickly and their employees are very courteous. We certainly appreciate them!
Back in January they sent Brian out on a cold day when the roads were not the best, because our heater was not working during the worst winter storm we have seen in decades. He arrived about 4:30 and didn't leave until 6:15. When he arrived, he put on shoe covers, so he would not track slush into our house. He repaired the unit, and then took the time to show us what was wrong and explained everything to us. When he was finished, he vacuumed the area where some debris had fallen onto the floor from accessing the attic through the restroom in our pool house. I certainly appreciated his professionalism and expertise and willingness to work late. I highly recommend Joe Rushing for your plumbing and Heating/AC needs. I called at about 10:30 and told them my heater was throwing fireballs when it came on. She couldn’t guarantee they would be here that day and with Christmas on Sunday it may be Tuesday when they could send a technician. When she got the picture in her head of what was going on she said she would talk to the boss that this needed fixing now! Sure enough about a 1 1/2 hrs later, Nate was at the door. First he tried cleaning it. Thought it was good until it came on with the kaboom. Immediately he said turn it off, I’ll be back. He made sure it was the gas valve that needed replacement, got it done in about 20 min and saved us from a huge purchase of a new unit. Sinclair has been our plumber, HVAC repair team for 18 years. It’s called peace of mind!

I'm very happy with the service they provided. A previous company came out to inspect our unit when we thought it wasn't working. They were quick to tell us our whole AC system needed to be replaced and quoted us for a unit wayyy overpriced. Luckily we called Turner and Witt. They came out, thoroughly inspected the inside and outside units and found NOTHING wrong. Our AC worked fine, it just simply couldn't keep up likely from our poor insulation in the house and it's slightly undersized. They gave us good advice and did not try to sell anything! These are honest folks, reasonably priced and I will definitely call them again for future services. Thank you Turner and Witt for your expertise and honest customer service!

I will be using this company in the future.they came out the next day to repair my a/c unit. It wasn’t blowing cold air out…thought it was the Freon a…it was not it was ac capacitor that went out…what got me was that my warranty company needed pictures and diagnostic. To cover and approve any repairs before reimbursement… the company came back out to take the pictures for me to send out…they didn’t have to. I’m grateful for that..if you any repairs on your unit I would highly recommend this company.

Don and his crew of KD and Austin replaced our heater and air conditioner and did an excellent job, very respectful regarding our property. The floors were covered with canvas tarps and the Gents were extremely careful taking out the old equipment and bringing in and installing the new equipment. End result was a new air conditioner, condenser, and heater and you would not have know anyone had been on the property or in our home. Looks great and works like a charm. We are very happy with the price, equipment, and the installation.
