We have been using Jay Young for our plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs since 2014. They are very professional, good communicators, and produce quality work for a reasonable price. We won't go anywhere else. - we love them!

not sure exactly what the service is called but I had to have my dryer vent to outside cleaned and new parts installed to hook up new dryer..called on Friday close to 1pm and a very sweet and professional lady answered the phone (forgot her name) and said someone could come out soon and look at job and give me estimate. Adolfo came out within 30 minutes and gave me estimate and said he could get parts and fix it that day. He came back with Isaiah and they got the job done AND listened to my ramblings about other issues! I will definitely use Sinclair again! Very pleased with everything and everyone!

Glen was prompt to come when he said he would be there. He assessed the problem and proceeded to find the source, making suggestions about further actions. He examined the sewer system from the roof , once with the camera. He was very specific to me about what had happened to cause the back-up. Excellent job.

My hot water heater had been installed improperly and was leaking. I called the company and they set a time to come out and assess the problem and also unclog a shower drain for me. Mario came and installed a new hot water heater and fixed all the issues. Mario was very professional. The job was done quick, orderly, and tidy. Will use them for future jobs. Highly recommend 👌

Leak-Tek saved the day! They came to my home when EVERYONE else was booked up around the holidays. James and Eli came as soon as they could. It was a quick, easy fix and they didn’t even charge me. Honest company. Really appreciate Leak-Tek and will use them again.

Very helpful, came out did the job and gave many suggestions for preventive maintenance. No extra fees or sale pitch to add on for a higher bill. Will definitely add them as the go to guys for our Hvac needs.

Service team was great but the receptionist Karen Turner was awful! She does not display great customer service. I received a call back for an appointment time to be scheduled. She relayed to me that they could be there first thing in the morning at 9. I told her that that would be fine as long as they were here right at 9 so that someone would be home in order to avoid scheduling conflicts with work. She then asked me how can you ask someone to be there right at a certain time? I kindly asked to her to not take what I was about to say offensive and the proceeded to explain to her that if a company or business schedule's an appointment then I would hope and expect them to honor it she then got upset and tried to play down the situation. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and he was not there. I then proceeded to get her bosses name and number and she informed me of the bosses name and then rudely imformed me her name and went on to say that she was the mother of the boss. Whether or not an individual is related to the boss that does not give them the right to belittle and treat others rudely and I will not be giving a company that encourages this behavior my business.

We had a valuable experience with Tony! Our hot water heater quit working! Tony came over immediately! We had hot water within a day! Another advantage we experienced with PPP was he helped us out with a payment plan! Not only was Tony great with hot water heaters, he has a compassionate heart! I would definitely recommend PPP! Don't let the 24/7 plumbing fool you. I called at 10:45 pm for an emergency service call. At 11:15 the call center called back asking if I had received a call from the plumbers. I answered I had not. At 12:15 I called back to get more information and they said that they could not page the plumbers after midnight and they would schedule something in the morning. It is now noon and I have not received a call although I was already able to go buy the parts myself now that the stores have opened and fixed it.

Great people great service honest and trust worthy. Highly recommend them for your plumbing are gas line. Always there when you need them. Thanks guys y’all rock.
