Whenever we call, you don’t need to wait for days, he’s just right there in front of our door step, soon after. Front desk is very friendly and values our time. They are amazing people. Jason helped me with water heater issue this morn. He prob could have replaced my water heater burner and charged me big $$. But his honesty and knowledge found that the issue was something entirely different! Very impressed with HIM and JDs plumbing!! Thank you

If I could give them a zero star or negative rating, I would. Very unprofessional & deceiving people. They didn’t fix any of our issues but make it worth. And they wanted to charge us $1000 for nothing! To me, that is stealing.
Also, when we got into a negotiation about it, they were very rude and mean. They turned off the water in my entire house, and left us like that. That is messing with our property, and these guys are thieves. Please Don’t use them unless you want to waste your money and time.

Had Aaron come do a service call on my kitchen sink and dishwasher. It was backed up on both sides and dishwasher was leaking. He got it fixed within an hour and managed to get my back door open (it had been stuck shut for a couple months). He even washed out the sink when he was done. Great service and great price. $85 for snaking and vacuuming. Definitely recommended.

Was promised 3 times that they would be out to fix my a/c. Took off work and waited. They never showed and never called.

Air conditioning went out. Don answered my call and came and fixed the problem very quickly. Bad fan motor was replaced (he had one on his truck!) quickly and we had cool air in no time. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would use them any time for heating and air and plumbing. They replaced my water heater 2 years ago - did an excellent job then, too.

From first appointment to 2nd was a little long but the tech took great care of us!
