Best Air Conditioning Commercial in Lubbock TX

We were getting bids for a new unit- thank goodness we found the most honest company! They were not the cheapest nor the highest! Not only did they assure us that we were talking to the right COMPANY. They proved it as well! From Phillis in the office, to the Installers on site and YES the owner Jay came to approve everything and to be sure we knew they will be here for us in the future! 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Mike the technician showed up promptly, and was able to provide a quote and answer all questions we had, about a complete HVAC replacement.

We have decided to accept their quote.

I will update review as needed based on how that goes.

As promised : I accepted the quote on Wednesday and they were out for full install that following Friday. They arrived a little after 8:15am, and we're leaving, fully completed, by 3:30pm.

And we are finally comfortable in our home for the first time this summer. Very happy so far.

They do great work and in a timely manner. I've tried other companies in Lubbock but this is the best of what I've found. Can be a little bit pricey though.

Very prompt and efficient. Took a couple of trips to get to the root of the problem but got it done and it was fixed properly. Have used them for years and have never had a complaint other than about one of their plumbers a few years ago. He was a jerk but the company and all the other plumbers I have used are great. I highly recommend them.

Leak-Tek saved the day! They came to my home when EVERYONE else was booked up around the holidays. James and Eli came as soon as they could. It was a quick, easy fix and they didn’t even charge me. Honest company. Really appreciate Leak-Tek and will use them again.

We called Duncan because we had a plumbing issue with our toilet, bathtub, and washer. Justin showed up quickly and was very professional. He explained all the issues that caused the clogged pipe and fixed it quickly. He was very thorough and I would definitely call him again if we have any other plumbing or AC issues.

The work done was done well, they came out quickly enough, and the cost was fair. That being said, we will not use them again. We had a number of issues, but they were all with the administrative staff, so if that doesn't bother you, the technicians were great to work with and we recommend them.

We've called them out for both heating and a/c repair and plumbing issues and have gotten great service every time. Before we had to have a major repair, the owner came out to make sure that we were given an accurate quote. They have always taken care of us promptly, the staff is super friendly and their prices are the best in the city.

Neal was extremely professional and personable. He diagnosed and remediated the problem in my AC condenser quickly and effectively. Great people to do business with!

Replace both of our hvac units, left a mess everywhere, left insulation all over clothed and closet, even after being called back out 3 times. Never have received the paperwork or warranty information on the units. Everyone that came out to the house were nice and cordial. The owner or co-owner that originally made the sale would not answer calls at all. I would not use this company again. The units worked as intended.
