Excellent work all around. Friendly owner. Had major backup, called CLMS Plumbing. They arrived within an hour and showed us the problem using a pipe inspection camera. They replaced the sewer system without trenching. Thanks Again CLMS Plumbing.

They stripped my faucet when doing a drain repair, and is making me wait on hold and go through homeserve again to fix their mistake. Not cool..:-(

My mother in law had a leak in her basement that was close to the water meter, had the water company come out and they said it was not their problem and to call a plumber. Called Jerry who came out and assessed it was a water company responsibility. My mother in law felt stuck in the middle with no solution. Jerry physically drove to the water company to discuss and gain their agreement then came back to the house to meet the water company service guy there to explain and show them in detail. The leak was fixed free by the water company. Jerry billed at a very reasonable rate for all his time and the water company rep is now working to get my mother in law reimbursed.

I called Pacific Plumbing to replace the old, ineffective toilets in my home. They made a recommendation on quality toilets... without breaking the bank I might add. (I couldn't find the same product at a better price.) Because we had concerns about previous plumbing issues, they tested our pipes, delivered and installed the new toilets in no time. I was most impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of this crew.

We had to have a drain of ours unclogged and we tried everything on our own before calling. Phillip came out and unclogged the drain and even cleaned up afterwards in a same-day service. Scheduled an appointment for service a few days ago. They were supposed to come out this morning between 9am/10am. My husband calls Scroggins when it's past 10am. Scroggins lies to my husband and tells him he didn't think we actually had an appointment! When we spoke on the phone I explained to him the work that needed to be done, he said he could do it Mon or Tues the following week, we agree on Tuesday between 9am & 10am for him to come out and do the work. So apparently this guy totally forgot about the appointment and decided he would lie to my husband rather than just explaining that he forgot - which would have been fine! Stuff happens. But lying was very disrespectful.. If you make an appointment, make sure to call them the day before to remind them or you'll be in a pickle like we are now!
