Best Sink Problems in Louisville KY

Not happy. Came out to give estimate on plumbing prob and was charged $178 for the 15 min. visit! The estimate was way higher than others, so they did not do the work.

After what I thought was a simple tub draining issue, I called plumbright to come out and take a look. They stopped by in between jobs to look at my issue. My issue was more than a clogged drain and the plumber that came out showed me the visible problem under the house and low and behold he just so happened to see another problem that I didn’t even know about. He showed me that issue as well. With going out of town with in 48 hours of having this issue, the guys came out the next day and completely took care of my plumbing issues. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend plumbright. They’re price was more than fair and I am extremely satisfied. Thanks guys.

I've remodeled many homes and worked with a host of plumbers, some good and some not-so. After a couple of bad experiences here , I happened to see a CLMS and stopped next to me at an intersection a couple years ago and called them for a simple job. Called to have my drained cleaned. A guy came over to try anf fix it but didn't have the right tools. He came back a few days later but couldn't get it fixed. He told me he needed some other tool he didn't have with him and told me be would come back the next day and never came. I called to see if somebody was coming and whoever was in charge was like let me look into it and call you back. I never got a call back and my problem was never fixed i will never do business with them again.

Mike did a great job in cleaning out kitchen drain, replacing heating elements in water heater, and installing a new sump pump. I highly recommend Brian Scroggins Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. And, prices are excellent.

I used Brian Scroggins Plumbing today to have my clogged kitchen sink unclogged. He told me that the $79 service charge would be applied to the repair and that I would have several options for repair to choose from. The price ranged from $249 to $850 depending on which option I chose to have the drained unclogged.
It cost me $249 and the $79 was not subtracted.
*I feel that this was very high!!!
