Called a few plumbers and they had a wait for days. It was a Friday afternoon and Griffin came Monday afternoon. Kevin the plumber was professional and fixed my leak within 3 hours.

I could not be more satisfied with my experience. The gentleman that came to unclog the drain I believe his name was Shawn . He was not just professional, polite, on time but he was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He is what everyone hopes their technician will be, we were just lucky enough to get him that day for our job. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with him as are tech and obviously would recommend him to anyone.

Butch came out and fixed a leaky pipe and our main in our crawl space. Great work, super fast and totally affordable! Other companies wanted over 2x as much as he charged us!! We will definitely use these guys again!

February of 2021 my water heater was replaced they did amazing. August of 2022 I found a leak at one of the sodering points called them because it was there work that needed repaired I left a key so they could get in and next thing I know I got a bill for repairs I never authorized. I never received a call to authorize the repairs. They fixed the leak that caused rust on top of the waterheater but also placed my expansion tank that wasn't leaking. The lady in charge apologized I didn't receive a call but still charged me a fuel fee and a service charge when I questioned it she put me on hold and never picked back up and I would still be on hold .

I have been flipping homes for over 5 years and I have had Ronnie and his group do nearly all of my work. They are second to none when it comes to customer service. No matter what has come up on any job he goes out of his way to take care of any issues. I highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

Austin was very professional, courteous and informative. He arrived same day and gave 30 minutes notice prior to arrival. I can't speak to value as it's been some time since I had a water heater installed, but the service was 5 star.
