We worked with both Brad and OB on different occasions and they were simply two of the nicest people I've ever met. They felt for us and the issue we were having, and they did everything they could to get the work approved for repair and get it fixed as fast as possible. They were unfazed by all the children and animals getting in their way, and even stopped occasionally to interact. I have used Blackburn & Davis for 30 years for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. I recently had Daryl out to get my A/C working. Per usual, the repair was made in a timely manner and at what I feel to be a reasonable cost. For me, a good Plumbing/HVAC company is as important as a good auto mechanic, electrician and carpenter. I tried to snake My moms tub. Fail. Venhoff ran big motor driven snake through the basement access for about an hour pulling out all kinds of gunk. Reasonable price. Very efficient and good customer service. We Have used Venhoff on numerous times. I Recommend them to others.
