I could not be happier that I found Rodney Terry Plumbing. After countless plumbers coming out or not interested in touching the issue, Rodney Terry plumbing stepped up. Upon purchasing a new to me home, I had severe issues with sewage smell in the house. They were able to uncover 2 issues and fix them both quickly. Matt and Isaac were amazing! They are friendly, listed to all concerns, talked through all potential issues/solutions. They were very up front and honest. Their pricing is very reasonable for the high quality work that was completed. Another side note, Tiffany their office team member is amazing as well. She was always quick to get me answers (although I felt like I was probably annoying her:) ) Overall, I am super satisfied. I will definitely us moving forward and have already recommended to a family member.

Called at about 830am and they had a technician dispatched to our house before lunch. They came fixed 2 issues we had in less than an hour and charged us a very reasonable amount. Fast, fair and reliable. We will use them again and would recommend them.

After two different plumbing companies coming out I was frustrated beyond imagination because they couldn’t get it done. Then I called vessels and they came out and I couldn’t be more happier.

Had a 400 water bill, he came and found that I had leaky toilet tanks. Repair was affordable and he wrote a letter to the water company which lead to a partial refund. Would recommend

Friday night our basement sump pump and kitchen sink stopped cooperating. Husband bailed rising sink water all night. He called another local plumber who he knows through a business referral group. No call back. We called Griffin, call back in 15 minutes and a plumber was here within the hour. Did I mention I’m having 14 people for dinner tonight? And family tomorrow for Easter dinner? Exceptional service, reasonable pricing.

Danny explained everything he was going to do and why he did it. I think the service was priced well and I won’t have to face this again anytime soon.

Charged $100 for 1st hour $80 after that. Ran a snake through a drain pipe and it seemed unclogged. That took them 40 minutes and they just charged me the $100 which seemed fair, but they had accidentally knocked a pipe loose which made water drain under the house for days until I noticed the smell. NOT HAPPY.

One of the technicians used my restroom, left his deodorant on my sink, used my towel and clogged my sink with grey sludge. He never asked to use my bathroom. I have no idea what else he might have used in there. Totally unprofessional and creepy.

Rude, arrogant, and demeaning. Would not recommend.

My home warranty company uses Plumb Right Services and Rooter for plumbing contractor. I was contacted by them and scheduled an appointment.
Josh arrived promptly as scheduled, he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable!
I was very satisfied with his workmanship as he completed both jobs (leaky faucet and a fireplace gas line issue} in a timely manner.

Had a great experience Perfect Flow Plumbing in our home today. These folks are very responsive, showed up when they said they would and the workmanship was excellent

we live in Charlestown In Bryant’s was the only plumber that would come out to help use with a major clog we have. Jerry was very kind and tried to fix our issue but was unable to assist due to issues locating the clean out pipe. Jerry knew our budget was low and also knew my husband was a Vietnam vet. Jerry did not charge a dime because he couldn’t fix the issue. Jerry and his company know how to treat people and praise god for people like him and his workers. Thank you Jerry!

I contacted Maeser Plumbing on Thursday morning based on their superb service in January of this year. LG&E advised us on late Wednesday night that we had a serious gas leak & our service was turned off . When we were advised by Maeser that our service tech. would be here in one hour we were simply elated. Ms. Evie Hughes arrived. She hit the ground running and immediately confirmed the dire situation. Shortly thereafter she advised what she would immediately start on. She gave us a thorough explanation of what she would do to get us safely operational. She provided us firm pricing and an accurate time frame . She tackled the job with both enthusiasm and professionalism. The following day after getting all the necessary parts to complete the job she wasn’t worried about lunch or quitting time. This dynamo would not leave the job site until the utility gave approval for our gas service to be resumed . She was back early the next morning to complete this arduous job. Again she worked through lunchtime to get the job done. Twelve hours later she said she had completed all the necessary repairs. Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.
