I own a hardwood flooring business and we have been using Rodney Terry for the past 4 years. After we install a new hardwood floor they come in behind my crews and reset toilets and sinks. We recently moved to a new location and we had several bathrooms that needed facet repairs and toilet leaks repaired. I would highly recommend Rodney Terry for all of your plumbing needs.

Poor customer service. Son Nate is not even a licensed plumber. and he messed up the installation of my water heater and caused more flooding.

Dalton and his partner were great. We’re very efficient. Finished in less than a day.

I was hearing what sounded like running water under my house. Went under the house to see what’s going on, I had a leak coming from a copper pipe I could not reach or get too. Called a few plumbers and they had a wait for days. It was a Friday afternoon and Griffin came Monday afternoon. Kevin the plumber was professional and fixed my leak within 3 hours.

Cost was reasonable, great service and they’re local which is another plus.

Bryan Stephen's was very professional and explained everything that he was going to be doing and did it in a timely manner

Dave and Dillard did a great job at finding and fixing a major leak in my house. The rerouted the line as to not tear up my floor. I am super happy with their service. Thanks guys!!!

*Updated* I just recently got off the phone with the people at Blackburn & Davis. They are doing away with my bill. I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 on the basis that they helped me out in a difficult situation with my bill. They were also incredibly polite and the two men who came to my house were good guys.

I highly recommend Venhoff Plumbing. I have used them for my home and business. They are skilled, responsive, and very fairly priced. They installed new washer dryer hookups for me. Later, they installed a new toilet & faucets. And most recently, in the big December freeze when a water line froze & blew out, even though I was low on the list, they took time to swing by to turn off the main water so the crawl space could start to dry out. I expected to be camping for several days with no running water and bought 2 dozen jugs of water to get me through. The very next morning, Venhoff called me and said I was their first appointment for a crew to come and assess the situation. I expected,an assessment and a plan to come back for the fix. But these guys checked it all out, fixed it and, within 90 minutes, my water is already back on!!! These guys Rock!!!
Now what am I going to do with all these jugs of water!!?!! 🤣

Noah came out on time and was very professional. He evaluated the issue we were having with our garage door quickly and provided us quotes on the spot. Started calling on tuesday to repair or replace our hot water heater. They finally called and came out on Thursday to asses what was wrong even though I already told them the problem and part that was needed. Now it is Friday afternoon and they have not ordered the part yet? I called the parts company to find out no part had been ordered. I called the rude girl at the office to see why the part hadn't been ordered and she referred me to the owner of the company which I have no phone number for. If I would of not gone through plumb wrong, I could of had this fixed myself 2 days ago. Now it may be 7 days before we get hot water. Don't use the home warranty company or plumb wrong. Hire someone else and pay for it yourself.

We called to get a quote on a leaky kitchen sink. He came out within 2 hours, fixed the leak and refused to take payment. Couldn't ask for better service.

Use one of the many other plumbing companies in town. The prices at Maeser are double, sometimes triple that of their competitors. We had to use them in a pinch after coming home from vacation and were charged almost 600 dollars to snake a line. Do not waste your money with this company.
