Best Plumbing Remodeling in Louisville KY

Terry Plumbing exceeded our expectations. The two men came to our house at 8:30 to unclog our kitchen sink, take out the existing pedestal sink and install a new vanity. They completed the entire job in two (2) hours. Unbelievable!
The servicemen were professional, knowledgeable, polite, cleaned up their working area.
Other larger plumbing companies in the Louisville market estimated 6-8 hours work at a much higher hourly rate. We will always use Terry Plumbing for are plumbing needs and recommend them to other people.

UPDATE ON BOTTOM! If you read my wife's review their response is a COMPLETE lie! We noticed the gas leak on Saturday 1/13/2018 and did not know where it was coming from, so we called LG&E to send someone out. Tell me... Why would we call YOU guys if we didn't know where the leak was coming from.?!?! We had trust that the work was done correctly in the first place! Anyway, when an emergency crew came out they noticed the gas line to the control valve was leaking. They tried tightening it to see if it was loose and when they tested again it was still leaking. The LG&E representative said, It could be a simple fix of just taping it (Plumbers tape). I'll tape it and if it works you're good to go but, if not then I will have to shut off your gas and they will have to come out and fix it. He did that because my wife is 7 months pregnant and we have 2 children in the house. He did not want us to be without gas (Heat). When he took off the gas line he said... Hmm he didn't putty it or anything.... THERE'S YOUR PROBLEM! He taped it and it was no longer leaking! The following day (Sunday 1/14/2018) after my wife took a shower, I noticed the smell of gas again. Knowing what caused the leak before I took some soapy water and sprayed the lines.. Yet AGAIN another gas line from the control valve to the inside of the water heater was leaking! The reason why the LG&E guy did not notice it is because the gas will not run through that line until the water heater is on. Obviously he worked on it with the gas off. So after my wife took a shower it heated up and gas was flowing through it. Hence why I smelled it again after her shower. My wife called our Home owner insurance company the next day (Monday 1/15/2018) which then the owner of Parker Plumbing called her and basically called her a lair and said it shouldn't need tape and it just going to fail again. His guys did everything right. So the fact that you said you tried calling multiple time and she didn't answer is just yet another lie from you. You do realize this day and age we have call logs right?

UPDATE: Despite the fact of again saying we are not in touch.... I spoke with the owner and he sent out the original guy that came and installed the control valve. He looked everything over and said if there is no leak then everything should be okay. He also saw there are two different color tapes (Blue LG&E used) and white (what I used on the second part). He was VERY apologetic and VERY polite. He didn't say we were lying or that we were in the wrong. The ONLY reason I am changing my rating is because of him. I believe his name was Hank. My advice to Mr. Parker is, if you are truly worried about your company and employees, then you should treat your customers with respect when there is a gas leak in their house and they have 2 children and a baby on the way. Also, do not threaten me with LG&E. I work closely with them and also did not bash them at all. I'm actually quite happy with them for doing what they did when they really didn't need too. Thank you Hank for coming out and being understanding.

I can't give a high enough rating for Vessels Plumbing. I have used them numerous times for plumbing and am aware they also offer HVAC and the sewer pipe lining service. The most recent experience I had was yesterday. I called in a panic indicating I had a water leak somewhere in the house and it was coming down into my basement. They were reassuring and fit me into their busy schedule. Once they came, they stayed until they could isolate the leak in the walls and fix it. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. They used troubleshooting to minimizing cutting drywall to find the leak and used dropcloth to minimize the dust from cutting the drywall. They cleaned up their mess such that you couldn't tell on the carpet that they had been there. They fixed the leak with a better pipe than we had to ensure we would not have problems in the future. They explained their warranty if we had any problems. They provided input to our questions on how to best handle the wet drywall and carpet, and were incredibly cost effective on price. I can vouch that they have high integrity from my numerous dealings with them. I highly recommend Vessels Plumbing.

Cussed my wife out and threw trash all over our yard. Plumbing still an issue. Don't waste your money when there are reputable companies in town. Just sent a guy to pick up the trash, so I added another star to the review for an attempt at resolving the situation.

Matt and Marcus were very professional, kept me informed as they progressed with the project and were extremely punctual. Could not have asked for better service. Even when they encountered an unexpected issue, they worked to mitigate it without added expense. Since I work from home, I was a little concerned about the impact of our major bathroom remodel project but Matt and Marcus made the entire process pain free. They were very cognizant of their potential impact to my day and ensured there was as little disruption as possible. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and expect to use their services again on our next bathroom project!

One of the technicians used my restroom, left his deodorant on my sink, used my towel and clogged my sink with grey sludge. He never asked to use my bathroom. I have no idea what else he might have used in there. Totally unprofessional and creepy.
