Unprofessional. Said he'd have my bathrooms done in a couple days. Started the work and after two days left work unfinished for over a week
I gave him key to my house which he said he would only use then told me later that my key had been lost by his employee. Had to change all my door locks. Brought in an inclosed tub when l specifically asked for a enclosed shower. My mistake was not allowing him to start work without everything in writing. He kept saying he was working on it. The only thing l got in writing was his bill handwritten on a receipt. His employees that worked on the project left cigarette butts, bottles and cans and garbage scattered in the house and all over the yard. I cleaned it up after they disappeared for over a week. I had to try to reach him for days to see what was going on. I have no idea how he has been in business as long as he has. He didn't get a permit from the city until the work was almost finished and l had called the city to see if he had gotten one! Unprofessional shouldn't be in business.

Dustin did an amazing job today! It was a Sunday evening and he was there within the hour. I was very worried that it wasn’t going to be completed that night but he did it! And the water was back on for my tenants. If I had 2 more hands I would give Dustin 4 thumbs up. If you have a plumbing situation that you can’t fix yourself do you self a favor and call Greenwell Plumbing. With any luck will send you Dustin. 😃

The service was good and Tim and the other guy were very nice. The work looks great. My only concern is they didn’t put things back where they found them. We had a clog under the kitchen sink and a pipe was also leaking. I also asked that they go ahead and change the faucet as well. To unclog the drain they had to go through the pipe downstairs. They moved my dryer and unplugged it, they didn’t put it back nor clean the floor. They left pieces of piping on the floor in my unfinished laundry room. I had to sweep up. Maybe they thought because it was unfinished it didn’t matter but it didn’t look like that when they got here. They also didn’t replace the insulation they removed. The last time I used this company they cleaned everything up. Maybe because my husband was home. Not sure what happened this time but we were not happy when we noticed. I paid way to much money for them not to clean up after themselves. It was ridiculous!!

Very poor experience with this company. They came out twice to my house for a clogged kitchen sink (Jamie, then Paul and someone else). The first trip out, they removed the clog but advised something else was broken and they would have to come back. They did and fixed the clog. The first time I used my sink afterward, the faucet bent back in its place and our dishwasher vent beside it was disconnected from the hose underneath. I knocked it across the countertop accidently. I called, as there is a service warranty, and they said, essentially we didn't do that. I know nothing about plumbing but I know 2 things for sure - I didn't do it and it wasn't like that before. After multiple visits and hundreds of dollars I had to hire a handyman to fix our sink and dishwasher vent (or tighten and reconnect them, more accurately). I would have understood, since two people were out here, if they had forgotten or not realized the first person disconnected those things. It is the fact that they didn't stand behind their work and left me with the necessity of calling a repair man to get my sink back to normal that is truly unacceptable. Would never use this company again.

Watson Mechanical was amazing to work with. We had a drain line break and they came to our rescue. Jeremy the tech that came out was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using Watson Mechanical.

Very professional, polite, and great service. Highly recommend. Eric was quick and efficient. I'm not sure if they have other repairmen, but I strongly suggest asking for him directly if possible.
Our furnace wasn't working properly due to a ineffective sequencer and burnt wire. They initially came to diagnose it and successfully did so in a timely manner, this trip was even better as he replaced the sequencer and wire, and was done in less than 20 minutes. Thanks Summers Heating and Cooling, for the fantastic service!

We had a clogged kitchen sink and asked them to come check it out. They suggested it was the full septic tank and a waste of money to have them clean out the pipes for an extra cost. So we payed 258 dollars for them to come out that day. The next day we got the septic tank emptied for 375 dollars yet the sink clogged again immediately after. We called them back to let them know and they stated they needed 350 dollars to come out and clear the pipes. This was extremely unprofessional to not work with the customer since the suggestion was not the issue. We would have been fine to pay for the pipes to be cleared but not for 350 dollars.

Reply: 2 inches is untruthful on the technicians part, but we rented a snake and had it unclogged in 15 minutes. I understood paying more for someone to come back and run the snake through but not over charges of 350 dollars after paying 250 dollars for just a recommendation to get septic tank cleaned out. Still believe it is not a way to run a business, but that is your choice. Have a good day.

I had a problem on a Saturday. I called early in the morning and had to leave a message. My call was returned very early. I was given a quote and an appointment time. The gentleman was on time the work requested was done well , the repairman was very professional and I was actually charged what was quoted. I will definitely be calling this company again.
