Scheduled appointment for the next day. They never showed up and this is 3 days later still haven't heard from them.

Called 2 weeks ahead from a referral of another plumbing company. Was quoted 800.00-1200.00 to move a washer. I accepted the quote and scheduled the service for a Monday 2 weeks away. Come Monday they didn't show up @ scheduled time (9am) to do the install. I instead get the owner to come over to merely tell me they couldn't get it done today a guy had a doctor appointment. Remember I scheduled 2 weeks ago. I then give them one last chance to see if they would work with me on the price because they didn't come when scheduled, I had already disassembled a closet, pulled the washer and dryer out and cleaned to give them adequate room. Now all that stuff has to go back. He told me it would be closer to 1200.00. At that point I realized they didn't deserve my money, very unprofessional. Lastly and the most funny part, while the owner was at my house another customer called him and said you were supposed to call me Friday and never did, he had to call them back. UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had a problem on a Saturday. I called early in the morning and had to leave a message. My call was returned very early. I was given a quote and an appointment time. The gentleman was on time the work requested was done well , the repairman was very professional and I was actually charged what was quoted. I will definitely be calling this company again.
