Matt & his helper did an excellent job of disconnecting old kitchen sink and reconnecting a new sink and faucet a couple of days later.

The technician was great very knowledgeable. The prices were quite high but the technician informed us of options long term that would more efficiently fulfill our needs.

Anthony was on time, very personable, and helped us rather quickly change out an outdoor spigot, clean out an interior bathroom clogged sink drain, and a few other things! Great guy! Highly recommend !!

Cannot even get them to come out to quote me on a job. They say they are going to call to schedule, but they don't. I pushed and they said that they needed to get some more info from the guy who finally did stop by and glance at the issue. What their website states about their dedication to customer service is a sham. Just call Crestwood Plumbing.

Called this company after doing research. Brandon called me back and set the appt for this week. He was precise, comedic and was very knowledgeable and personable. What was suppose to be just an estimate turned into them fixing the issue at no charge. He'd just so happen to have exactly what we needed in his truck for the issue to be fixed. They were done in less than thirty mins. He also told us a couple of tricks. We're having him back in a couple of weeks for a bathroom remodel. He will also be our number 1 for any all our plumbing needs. Definitely A1! Their service is precisely why we always choose local instead of mainstream. You don't get the same quality and experience. Thanks B!

I called and had someone come out on a Sunday to look at my heat and air. My experience with the people working there wasnt bad, they were very polite and they came out promptly. The charge for the trip out on a sunday wasnt bad considering it was after hours, and was a little over $100. The tech also I think did an excellent job with his diagnostic work. He seemed very knowledgeable and correctly diagnosed the problem, which was a faulty motherboard. You may wonder why I am giving a 2 Star rating vs a 5 star rating. Well, the reason is they wanted to charge over $1500.00 to replace it. A lot of people wouldn't question this, but to give an idea, the part only cost $300 plus tax and shipping. Now I turned down their services because I am not afraid to work on things and it took me about 1.5 hrs, which mostly involved me researching and watching some videos to ensure I did it correctly, but it was extremely simple. It would have taken at most 30 mins for a trained tech to do this job. So they wanted to charge me about $1200 in labor for a 30 min job. If you include drive time, add an hour at most to go pick up this part and drive out to my house, but I still dont see how to justify 1200 labor for 1.5 hours.... Now I understand people want to make money, and I also understand people want to get paid for their expertise, but this price tag was just plain GREED. I think a more reasonable price should have been somewhere in the $500-600 range, meaning 300 for the part and 200-300 for labor. 1200 for 1.5 hours is the same as making 1.6 million dollars a year working 40 hours per week. Imagine if I wasnt capable for doing it myself, how someone making 30k a year would be able to afford something like this. Just crazy greedy.
