Kyle Clark and his helper Sid are some of the most thorough HVAC service persons I have ever dealt with. They work as a great team working on the furnaces at Fisherville Baptist Church. Kyle is very methodical while diagnosing problems at the church. And they are both very respectful while doing so.

Ron came out, super fast, straight from another job on Saturday night. He was polite, professional, and thorough. He cleared our drain line, which was clogged outside just before the main sewage line, and now we can flush our toilets worry-free!

We had a tankless water heater installed. It was a big job and required some extra attention. The team was great from start to finish! Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.

I needed to run a new gas line for my new gas range. I contacted Dauenhauer and one other company for comparing the quotes. Dauenhuer gave me reasonable price quote. Mark Letner from Dauenhauer came to my house for initial estimate as well as to complete the installation. He is the best professional plumber that I have ever worked with. He not only installed new gas line but also he connected the gas range. He also did leak check for other gas lines which was not included in the quote. He found a leak and fixed it. He is very knowledgeable and his work shows that he had a great experience in plumbing and easy to work with him. Over all, Dauenhauer did a great job. I definitely recommend this company to anyone.

KCC was awesome! We just bought a house and weren’t thrilled with our laundry being in the basement, so KCC helped with our solution. With only a vague idea of where we wanted to the new hook up.
