Best Kitchen Sink Drain in Louisville KY

I had Davis and Davis plumbing repair my P-Trap in a basement tub that was damaged during a construction project. They replaced the area, but it did not seem to line up the same, the new P-Trap is now touching a copper water line. The new P-Trap does not flow as fast as the old one and now has a rubber compression fitting with two hose clamps.... while they reassure me the rubber fitting is an approved solution by code, I was informed that there would be an additional charge to change out this fitting. I was not happy with the repair. I spoke to one of the Davis' directly and still no resolution. Worst customer service ever.

Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

I did not like it. Call back service to setup an appointment was null and void. I hired another company.

We decided to install a new gas range and had to run a gas line to it. St. Mathews worked together with me to find the safest and easiest route to run 60' of new flexible stainless steel pipe. The work was finished quickly and at a fair price! The crew was careful to wear masks and practice social distancing while working in our home. We highly recommend them!

Bad customer service.

local company.. very helpful timely and good at working on older houses in this neighborhood. good plumbers. they've replaced my A/C and my furnace and I trust enough to leave a house key. But they don't work weekends. they do the work, leave and send you a bill ina couple days...

The company dispatched a plumber within 24 hrs and he was very pleasant. However, the problem persisted and when I called the number (twice) that he left I received no response or suggestions. I was disappointed with the follow up service as he promised. I am even less impressed with MSD who tells me to call a plumber . . .I am trying. . . .

Sean and his assistant arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, repaired the leak and straightened up the area as best possible. Then called to let me know they had finished. Great communication and service.

Im so grateful I found him. He not only came immediately but fixed the problem quickly. He also took time to teach me how to handle it next time. What a blessing!! I will definitely use him again!!

Steven and Cody arrived by 8:15 an. They called thirty minutes before arriving. They are ab excellent team. Both are professional, courteous and informative. They explained what they needed to do, what they were doing and answered any questions I had. They worked quickly and left things clean. The tankless hot water system they installed is quiet and provides plenty of hot water. Steven explained how to reset temperature and where to find the users manual. I have shared my experience with ASI, Steven and Cody with my sister and son. I am very happy and satisfied with my experience!

Mike and Brian are just awesome! Courteous, polite, explain everything in detail, and what's involved. Had a whole water line replaced, they fixed a back sump pump valve, and while they were here, had to fix one of my toilets. Prompt and excellent service. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Right Pipe is the wrong plumber to use. We have not had a working sink for 2 months and our contact at Right Pipe continually reschedules/ cancels and has now blatantly stopped responding. If you want your plumbing fixed you're better off doing it yourself or calling someone else who. Very disappointing.
