The response from Parker plumbing and the tone of the response is exactly the unprofessionalism that I received from this company. There are many other plumbing companies that treat customers so much better and with respect to a customer. See their REVIEWS on Yelp and BBB as there are more complaints on this company. If I had seen those first I would have never even wanted to use this company. The company was so rude to me that they yelled at me that if I wanted their service I would have to wait sometime next week. Do yourself a favor and call another company.

I was disappointed with their customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I was going to purchase a newone if it couldn't be repaired. Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.

Technician said the capacitor of the ac condenser unit was bad so I paid nearly $500 to get it replaced (It's kind of ridiculous how much they charge for labor for a simple capacitor replacement). Regardless, after it got replaced, the condenser unit still didn't work!He then came back the next day and said the compressor unit within the ac condenser is also bad, and it will cost around $2000 for labor ONLY!Imagine if I paid to get the compressor replaced and he comes back saying that's not the problem and something else is also bad. At that point, I might as well replace the entire ac condenser unit and would've wasted all the money that went into fixing each components!I ended up calling a different HVAC company and got the entire outdoor ac condenser replaced for way cheaper than if these guys were to do it.If they would've told me the compressor is also bad during the examination, I would've not wasted that $500 for nothing!I would NOT recommend these guys if you're trying to save your hard earned money! And DON'T trust the high star rating!!

Came to fix a leak coming from my bath. He determined that the problem was that a part of the tub was not sealed properly. He changed me over $100 and didn't bother to seal the part all the way (which would have taken him an extra minute). What a waste of time and money.

This plumbing company wanted to charge me $150.00 to unclog a drain. I asked if they gave a warranty on their work and they said for one or two days. Lol. I didn’t let them do it and called Jarboes Plumbing and they are doing it for $98.00 with a year warranty. Guess you can guess which one I chose.

Unprofessional. Said he'd have my bathrooms done in a couple days. Started the work and after two days left work unfinished for over a week
I gave him key to my house which he said he would only use then told me later that my key had been lost by his employee. Had to change all my door locks. Brought in an inclosed tub when l specifically asked for a enclosed shower. My mistake was not allowing him to start work without everything in writing. He kept saying he was working on it. The only thing l got in writing was his bill handwritten on a receipt. His employees that worked on the project left cigarette butts, bottles and cans and garbage scattered in the house and all over the yard. I cleaned it up after they disappeared for over a week. I had to try to reach him for days to see what was going on. I have no idea how he has been in business as long as he has. He didn't get a permit from the city until the work was almost finished and l had called the city to see if he had gotten one! Unprofessional shouldn't be in business.

We called Blackburn Davis to help install a smart toilet, upon arrival the two men stated they had never installed a toilet like that and did not like fancy toilets, they spent over an hour on the telephone (mostly on hold) with the manufacturer. I was eventually handed the phone to explain the issue and was told parts were missing. Granted missing parts were not Blackburns' fault and ultimately the toilet was sent back and replaced and we installed it personally (all handled by ourselves, not them). However, we were charged $220.00 for a phone call (I did most of the explaining). I called owner/manager and was told the charge was the charge and it did not matter if they did anything; the meer fact they were dispatched was the reasoning. I offered half the service charge as a consult/estimate a very average charge for other services but was told it was unacceptable. We will NEVER use them again and will not recommend them either.

Just lazy !
