The technician came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, returning the next day to install a new faucet. They were so accommodating when it turned out the faucet I had purchased was faulty, scheduling a new time to come out free of charge even when they were already at my house. Both technicians were extremely polite and nice, going above and beyond to make sure all of my problems were fixed. Would highly recommend!

From the time they pulled up at my house until the time they left it was a little under 2 hours to complete. Thank you Parker Plumbing we now have hot water again!
