Unbelievably expensive. Love working with small business and would even pay a little more to do it. However, I was recently sent an invoice for $513.50 to check for a gas leak on a furnace.

Told me they had to wait for the utilitity company for 3-4hrs and it was 94/hr to wait.

I am clearly in the wrong business if plumbers get 94/hr when they aren’t working. Never again, guess big business is the only option these days.

AWESOME! We had a tshirt get sucked into our pipes for our pool and clog the entire system (don't ask...). These guys (specifically Billy and Stanley) came out within hours the SAME DAY to help us. Billy literally spent all day working on this for us to make sure we had our pool for the holiday weekend. Talk about dedicated! We are super pleased and know exactly who we will call when we need help in the future. (not with a t shirt though...those are banned from the pool area! haha)

Awful experience and would never do business with them again. The on-site electrician was nice and professional but very inefficient. We were told prior to scheduling an appointment that placing new light switch plates would take about 5-10 minutes each. After two hours of work, we only had 3 light switch plates changed and 1 ceiling light placed. When we called to complain that we didn't feel like we received $250 worth of services, the manager, John, became defensive and accused us of only being worried about the money. It was outrageous. I agree with the previous review that the customer service was deplorable. According to this company, the customer is always wrong.

I've used Durbin Plumbing twice through my Home Membership warranty. Both times, they've been a major help and had to replace pipes. Just last week they rescheduled some maintenance appointments to make sure a troubling leak was taken care of. This company is one I trust and depend on!!

Mike came and replaced a garbage disposal. He called ahead and arrived in the timeframe he said he would. He was courteous and quick to get to work. He explained the services and what to do if I had any trouble in the future. Definitely recommend them!
