Very happy with Parker Plumbing and their plumber Ronnie. Ronnie just finished up repairing several items at our home. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It is good to see that there are still companies out there that offer excellent service and make client satisfaction a priority. A+

When paying for a plummer to come look at a stopped up pipe we told him that the drian had been snaked 5 times once with a large snake we told the man that we had already snaked it and that wasn't the problem he told us that the work was under warranty for 7 days with that being said he said if the problem happens again he would be back with a camera snake to find the problem well he never came back after the toilet and bathtub both overflowed we called and the company and the woman who answered was very rude to us she said it's not under warranty and there was nothing she could do about that being said we was out the money and the problem still is happening 3 days later

I was disappointed with their customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I was going to purchase a newone if it couldn't be repaired. Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.

Sherman was a hell of a guy. Thorough, professional and friendly. It’s easy to tell he loves his job. Give this man a raise. 10/10

The two guys who came to help out today were great - they installed an external house spigot! They were very knowledgable and willing to explain the work they were doing. Helped me understand how to maintain and what to look for in the future. Easy to work with and were really accommodating to our needs as we had multiple questions for one visit.

Butch came out and fixed a leaky pipe and our main in our crawl space. Great work, super fast and totally affordable! Other companies wanted over 2x as much as he charged us!! We will definitely use these guys again!
