Two men came out to inspect and reinstall a Numi toilet. First they said they had no experience with that type of toilet and took longer than expected to finish. The bill stated that they made all wiring connections for toilet features but it only needed to be plugged in, which I can do! The bill was $325.83 which is higher than any plumbing bill we've ever received for anything! I called the company to speak with the owner/manager to see if they could make an adjustment. The receptionist took the call and said she would have Bob' get back to me. He never returned the call. I called again and still no response.

I can't recommend Venhoff highly enough. We had another plumbing company come out that has fancy jingle you hear on commercials to unclog a drain. They said that my pipe was broken, even showing me the mud that was going into the pipe. They quoted me $4,500 - $12,000 for the repair, depending on how much they had to dig up. I Immediately called Venhoff for a second opinion and they came out within an hour and cleared the pipe. Honest, fair, and professional – exactly what you are looking for in a plumber.

Bailey Spalding came out and did an excellent job assesing our HVAC needs and explaining the processes involved. He explained everything and was up front about the facts. He went out of his way I think to help me make a smart choice. Great, friendly service would highly recommend.

Don't ever use a different company. I made the mistake of letting my general contractor use his plumber on a bathroom remodel and learned that lesson the hard way. Jack Senn is the best and it's not even close.

Quick, proficient, and professional! Kevin explained everything he was doing before he did it. The end result was beautiful. I had them replace a faulty water valve that was the main shut off for the house. Kevin didn’t even flinch when my 3 year old son took him by the hand and dragged him off to show him where he’d be working. Ha! Thanks for everything.

Called 1 week and 3 days ago for an appointment on a Monday for a clogged drain. Received several texts they were coming today (Monday) and I confirmed. No one ever called me to give me an idea of when they would be coming. I called two times 8:30 and 11:30 to ask for a window of time so I was not waiting all day for them. I was told they were still working on the schedule. It is 315pm and I still have not heard from them. They are inconsiderate of my time. I would not use.
