Best Sump Pump Installation in Louisville KY

I had a 100 year old pipe burst in my yard. I got several estimates. Greenwell was by far the most reasonable. Everyone that came was friendly and polite and professional. They worked quickly but thoroughly. They took time to answer all my questions, and followed up to be sure everything is OK. Jason and Jesse were especially helpful!

Really like St.Matthews Plumbing but gave 4 stars because I thought it was quite expensive to have my 2 faucets replaced.

A horrible company to deal with....They are a vendor to Home Service (I can't believe they use them....trust me they will get a call about them) who they recommended we use them for a leak outside our home. They had 2 of their plumbers recommend that they dig to replace our leak....owner got involved, said there was no leak (although he never came by to see for himself) and said it was just ground saturation....although it hadn't rained for several days...I called the owner and left 3 messages for him to call me...he never did , thanks Chris??. This went on for 2 weeks...I had to go to street meter every morning and evening to turn off and on our water. Home Service then said to use Dauenhauer Plumbing who recognized right away that we had a leak outside the home and not inside as United had suggested from the start......I would run from United....

Like many I seach Google when seeking professional  services.  The reviews for Jerry A. Byrant and Sons were spot on.  I thought my water heater was leaking .  It turns out it was the condensation pump for the furnace .  I moved in 3 months ago and had no clue what that thing was...lol.  He took time to explain the function of the pump and figured how to fix the problem.   In case there were other issues with the pump he recommended someone that handle furnaces (AC units).  Mr. Byrant was so sweet and helpful.   I will most definitely call on him again for all my plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with Rob at Diversified plumbing. Had to eventually reroute my kitchen drain in my 63 yr old house. Rob was always on time and up front about the work and cost involved. Great to have the small business relationship.

There are so many better plumbers in Louisville and you'll be glad you used one of them.

These guys do shoddy work, are constantly trying to upsell you on things you don't need, and always push their service contract as an add-on.

Stay away.

I have used this company before. I had a cast iron pipe in a drain in a rental unit badly clogged. Brian Kelty was the plumber they sent out, he got the system working, was very fair on pricing. Some companies would have charged several times what he charged. I would use them again.

I found a plumber I can afford and depend on!! Micah was fantastic - high quality, quick work.

So many of the other plumbers won't tell you up front anything about the cost. They say, we'll come out and give you an estimate. Stay away from them.

Wolfe charges by the hour, which ends up being WAY cheaper than Greenwell or especially Summers.

I hope I don't need to, but I'll use Wolfe as long as I can now. Thank you!
