He even shared the other areas the company works will as well such a plumbing!He was also amazing working around my needs as I work from home and I never even noticed he had arrived, completed the work and departed with out a single sound which is fantastic as I work on the phones! He even went above that and tidyed up a mess my daughter left in the kitchen. I was only able to get the fix on my head for now but that fix for my heat fixed my central air also! Cussed my wife out and threw trash all over our yard. Plumbing still an issue. Don't waste your money when there are reputable companies in town. Just sent a guy to pick up the trash, so I added another star to the review for an attempt at resolving the situation.

Just had two guys come to my parents house to look at the hot water heater they installed back in 2014. The unit is leaking water from the bottom into the basements bedroom. The main guy was confused and didn't know why he was called to the house. I'm like dispatch didn't tell why you're here??? He had no clue what to do as if he was high as a Giraffe's behind. Then he goes outside into his truck pretending to call dispatch but really he called my Pops. Got the nerve to tell my Pops that I wouldn't let him in so he has no idea what's wrong with the hot water heater. He's he's talking to my pops telling him he doesn't know why he's there to begin with. Pops just got fed up due to the unprofessionalism and told him just to go ahead and leave he'll find somebody else because he doesn't have time to deal with dumb stuff. Talk about being unprofessional I would never use this company because of those two. There might be some great workers that do work at plum wright but because of those two we would never use this business again!
