WOW! I usually don't write reviews but felt the need to for my experience with Maeser. I booked an appointment online late in the evening and Cole arrived first thing the very next morning. Scheduling was super easy and I was very pleased I got service so quickly. He was a very polite, professional technician and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. This was my first time using Maeser and I will definitely use them in the future. Highly satisfied. Pricing is reasonable especially with a coupon. Thank you!!!

Worst workmanship ever. They dug up my yard for a job it's for my neighbor without informing me. Then it took them a lot longer and they said it would. Has costed me about $500 to damage to my yard because Of their laziness. Horrible. Never use this company

I called for a service appt and was told that they were all booked up for day but that I could be serviced the next day. I declined the next day service and requested a call back if there was any cancellations. I received a call back and approximately 30 to 45mins later Paul's was at my door. Paul was very easy to speak with and he explained the plumbing to my sump pump to me in layman terms so that I could understand. Paul came in and fixed the problem in no time. I was very pleased and because of the prompt great service received by Paul I will keep Rotor Rooter for all my plumbing needs!

I have used New Circle for several years (since I purchased my current home in 2017). I really appreciate how professional they are - I can get an appointment scheduled in the next day or so (always a reasonable amount of time) and they are always good about calling when they are 20 minutes out and arriving in the scheduled time window.

They have also provided great service and resolved whatever problem I was having (from replacing a hot water heater to unclogging a kitchen drain). They are reliable and the prices are reasonable. I don't hesitate to contact them if I need something fixed or replaced!
