Best Faucet Installation in Louisville KY

Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

We have used this plumbing service a few times always excellent service and price.

Both David and Brandon did an amazing job when we had a leak in our shower with water coming through the ceiling downstairs. Both were both friendly, professional and worked very hard. When challenges came up, they pushed through considering all options. They were here until almost 8:00 on. Friday night and never missed a beat. We appreciate them!

I had my ductwork cleaned and sanitized after a septic system had backed up into the house and had went into the ductwork system. They come out and did a thorough job and within the time that they said that they would have the job done we’re done shortly before that time and brought it to my attention that I had a waterline leaking in the basement. They come and repair the waterline. It began to leak again a couple of days later they returned and repaired it at no extra charge. We’re very professional polite informative. I’m glad I hooked up with Michael Gudorf and his crew. A job well done fellas. I give a A+++++A And rate them as top service in the Dubois County area. Thanks again for helping us and taking care of us.

Stephen is great! He installed gas lines to my new pool heater, we were having issues getting the heater to work. All 3 contractors blamed each other, so by process of elimination we wanted gas plumber to come check the pressure to ensure it wasn’t the gas. Stephen ended up coming back out and checked the pressure and said it’s definitely getting the right amount of gas but he wanted to help me figure out the problem, he then began to trouble shooting and figured out that the plug for the igniter wasn’t fully connected and got my heater working. He was here to ensure the gas plumbing was good and went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend Stephen!

We had our sump pump replaced and a back-up sump pump installed. Doug was very attentive to our scheduling needs and Josh, the Technician, was very kind and took safety measures by wearing a mask, etc. I highly recommend St. Matthews plumbing. Thank you all for your excellent work!

Anthony came out and gave my pipes a look over, found the leak in no time. Gave us plenty of advice and tips on how these things happen over time. Had plenty of info for updating our current setup for in the future and had us back going in no time!

Will definitely be calling 502 Plumbing again if I run into anymore issues!

I work for a non-profit and we used them to replace a ac unit. The unit they installed had issues from day 1, and they would charge us to fix the unit they installed. The finishing straw was when they quoted us $3k to replace an hvac line that wasn't broken (second opinion confirmed that). Stay away from these guys.

My home warranty company sent them out. I called on Monday. On Wednesday I still didn't have use of my water so I called Plumbright as I hadn't heard from them. They told me they would come Monday. My warranty company talked them into coming Wednesday. The guy who came out kept talking about emergency fees. He knowingly put the wrong cap back on my pipe and used electrical tape to secure it. He brought my recepit upstairs to me, told me it was fixed and left. When I called back to advise that it was leaking I was told I would have to pay again and that he was just being nice the night before by fixing my flooding issue incorrectly. I was told a manager would call me but no one did. They set an appointment then didn't honor it. I called another plumbing company who arrived at my house within the hour. They looked at the job and said that I had been screwed and whoever taped the pcv cap on a cast iron pipe knew that wouldnt work but still took my money. Sadly disappointed.

I did not like it. Call back service to setup an appointment was null and void. I hired another company.

The only good thing that I can say is that they show up promptly. After that, hide your wallet. They will push you in to a service contract for the price of the repair run. They blew out the condensation line back in the summer and of course I signed up for the service contract. When they came back to inspect/clean and service the furnace, I received a laundry list of problems. It worked so I didn’t have anything done. Two weeks later it will not turn on when it got cold. Called them back and they sent the guy who had been there previously and he wouldn’t even go look at the unit. Told me he was sure that it was the blower motor because he had noted that it was leaking some oil. Told me I needed to replace the heat exchanger before they could even look at the blower to the time of 3k or replace the whole unit for 6k. The next day they sent an estimator who looked at it briefly and told me the same thing. Today, I had another company come look at it and he took one look, said it’s your drip pan sensor, twisted the elbow back to vertical and problem solved. It took 10 seconds. Cost me $40 for the service call and the heat which had been out for 3 days was back on. No one had been near the unit since it was serviced weeks ago so I’m certain the original tech either in ignorance or in fraud twisted the pipe to cause the unit to fail. Stay away! Shysters only interested in selling overpriced new units.

Very fair, very clean.. they fixed everything like I expected it should be. I'd use them again for sure!!! They came back for no extra cost to make sure I was happy!!

Just lazy !
