The crew showed up by 11.30 and determined the grinder was bad, failed and water was seeping into my basement. It had to be replaced, which I was ready to do. Ms Brook gave an estimate right up front. Explained they use Zoller septic grinders (#1 rated) because they are faultless & built in the USA- best quality. They drained and removed the old system and used extreme protective measures to protect any further damages. They Installed the new grinder, replaced the PVC connectors and sealed the catch pan. The job was complete - !00% - to my satisfaction by 1:00. Mike and Brooke (Owner and Office manager) patiently answered all of my nit-picking questions and was very polite. The crew was exceptional;, wore masks and shoe booties to keep the the area clean. I would recommend EJ.
