Best Water Heater Repair in Los Angeles CA

I had a shower stem leak and I called Red Lilly Plumbing and they were able to make it to my home in no time! The lady who helped me over the phone was very friendly and kindly listened while I tried to explain the leak in my shower. She knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me an ETA time for when the plumber would arrive. The plumber was very helpful and very informative. He explained to me what was happening and walked me through step by step what he was doing to fix the situation. It was a very pleasant experience and they have fair prices! I’ll be calling them again in the future!

Would highly recommend these guys. I called them on a Friday afternoon about a water pressure problem in our new home. Henry and Juan came over first thing the next morning and diagnosed the problem quickly -- we needed a new water heater. They meticulously installed a new one, including replumbing the emergency drainage line and fixing the strapping, which had not been done properly by the previous owner. All in all it took only a couple of hours and we are thrilled that we now have fantastic water pressure in the whole house -- no more waiting forever for the water to get hot or losing water pressure in the middle of a shower. We were charged a fair price too. Couldn't be happier with these guys and the quality of work they did. Thanks!

It was a Sunday morning. My son and I had breakfast and then sat on the floor to watch some cartoons. I felt the floor was a little warm. When I looked closely, there was water seeping out from the floor. I immediately called John’s Plumbing. John arrived within 45 minutes. He explained to me the process of repairing the pipe and gave me a great price. I ended up putting new copper pipes throughout the whole. John was always very professional and finished the entire project on time. I will recommend John’s plumbing to all my friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about Monkey Wrench Plumbing, and their Technician Leonel. I have a tankless water heater and began to have problems with it within one year. The company that installed it came out twice, and both times gave me a different reason for the problem and charged me a lot of money to fix it (although it was not fixed!) The third time I called Monkey Wrench Plumbing and they sent Leonel. He found the problem right away, fixed it at a very low cost and problem solved!! This year I had a toilet issue that Leo took care of promptly…(and again, at a very low cost.) I am thrilled with Monkey Wrench Plumbing. Terrible service from this company. Charged me a $155 for an estimate and provided me an estimate of $12500 to replace 25' of pipe in the ground, install four valves, manifold and a regulator. Talk about price gouging!!!!

Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful!
