John and his team are INCREDIBLE! I couldn't be happier or more grateful for the work they did on my house. It was a huge project and they completed in in a timely fashion, during the global pandemic. They worked hard and thoughtfully to keep my family safe with the plumbing emergency we were dealing with. Replaced my kitchen sink faucet and 2 valves. I was shocked at the original quote of $880 for a 2 hor job, but he brought it down to$600 still about $300 more than I expected since I or purchased the faucet. That being said, he was professional and did a great job and perhaps we get what we pay for. I will be more cautions in the future to ask what the estimate will be before ordering a plumber as I would have done it my self rather then give up 2 days pay for him to do the job. But he was fast clean out the next morning after calling at 5pm the day before and it works great. If your handy and have time do it yourself. If you are stressed like me they are worth the call

I called Valencia’s plumbing to get an estimate on running a pipe to go to my new fridge. They gave the estimate it was reasonable so I agreed and they came out maybe 2 hours later to start the job. I was very impressed. A couple days later my new fridge came the installer couldn’t connect the pipe to the fridge because the pipe didn’t have the adapter and I called Valencia’s plumbing again and they said to send a picture of the connection behind the fridge and BAM an hour later they were outside with the part that was needed and finished the job. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend. Thank you guys so much .Happy customer ?

I was a little hesitant to call a plumber being female but my leak wasn't going to fix itself. I was very pleased when I opened to the door to a warm smile. I was offered different economical options. This also made me feel secure that I wasn't being taken advantage of and that I did have some control! Overall the experience was a good one. Joe and Marc were great. They were professional and no-nonsense. They worked efficiently and conscientiously, taking care of the house while cleaning out some nasty pipes. They communicated clearly and kept me aware of each step and provided me an opportunity for inspection and to learn about the root problem I was facing. They fixed the issues swiftly.

This was the first time I’ve used these guys Micel Plumber Los Angeles - I found them by Yelp review so I had no way of knowing their work from a personal referral. I was having a hard time getting a plumber to change a bad stem in the bathtub- it's a small job, I know, but I couldn't do it myself. Byron and Byron came and I realized it was a good thing I called them- I knew my bathtub plumbing was old and hard to find parts for but they managed in a magical way to replace the stem, and it works. Plus these guys were very friendly- they met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. They were polite, and very, very informative. They also made suggestions on updating the tub hardware which I am going to do, and I plan to let them do the work.
