Roto-rooters charged me $800 for a clogged pipe only for it to have problems again the next day. Someone else from roto-rooters came back and said it would cost $11,000 only to fix with hydrojet etc, but with no warranty and no guarantee that it wouldn't clog again. He pressured me to make the decision to order the work before he left (clearly now I know why), and I insisited that I wanted to think about it first. I ended up calling someone else and he only charged me $800 for the same service with the hydrojet and he gave me a 1-week warranty.

These guys were amazing to work with. We had an urgent request and called them in the morning, they were able to come in, give a quote and get started on the work immediately. They were very professional and gave us the best advice about which products were the best to use. Their work is excellent quality and service is top notch. 100% would recommend their services.

We had a leak in a a pipe to our water heater and the company that installed it said they could not respond for a few days. Someone recommended Sunset West so we called them and they were here within a half an hour. Stelios, the plumber who came, fixed the leak quickly and professionally. We had a few more minor plumbing needs and Stelios gladly helped us with all of them and had a great attitude about it. We will definitely use them again.

I must say that Miguel Lopez and New Pro Plumbing are the most professional and courteous outfit and professional plumber that I have ever engaged. I run a movie studio and have hired basically everybody in Los Angeles to deal with star wagons, set locations, production offices, etc., and I have hired plumbers overseas as well, in cities like London, Paris, Rome, countries like Sweden, Canada, Malta, etc.
Miguel Lopez is without any doubt the best and most professional plumber I have ever encountered. And, his attitude is just unbelievably professional and thorough in his work. Actually, I would say he is a perfectionist. He didn't just fix the particular problem(s), but without asking for any additional compensation, he wanted to add a few touches that would improve things permanently and not leave us in a situation where the problem could surface again soon. I cannot offer a higher recommendation than this for Miguel Lopez and New Pro Plumbing. He and his team are capable of servicing plumbing needs from a small apartment or office to a major corporate office building.
