I've been relying on Fernando for solving our plumbing problems for three years now and am happy to give him and New Generation 5 stars. He is excellent, thorough and quick to reply. I couldn't recommend him more and feel very lucky to know about him and New Generation. Just last week I gave him a call at 3pm on a Friday about a broken sink and he had a replacement installed and everything running before 5! Installing a complete new AC/Heating system with new ducts involved practically every room in the house. Yet we were able to conduct our daily lives without interruption. The JW crew Shawn, Rudy & Christian were absolutely superb in many ways: Attention to details - punctual - at the end of each day's work everything was clean - everyone was polite & friendly - they supplied bathroom with their own towel etc. - cooperated well regarding any concerns I had - knowledgeable -it was team-work at its best - contracted crane operator impressive! And last but not least I would like to thank Ted, who patiently assessed the work to be done and stayed in communication until the work was done.

Thinking it was a simple Drain cleaning (too many apple peels), (and not dirty) and it only took a few minutes to clear, i thought it would reasonably priced. Even with discount, Roto Rooter is more than most other plumbers…and then he disconnected my dishwasher water line accidentally and had to come back to reconnect.

I was given a quote and the technician did not leave until he was certain that the issue was resolved. This post is to acknowledge the excellent consultation I received on my wall heater repair by a Ford’s Technician. He was courteous, informative, and honest; how refreshing. I will be calling Ford’s again to upgrade my heating system in the future.

I called Speedy Stephens Plumbing to install a new garbage disposal and Luis was sent out. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the steps to me in detail. He was also very friendly and professional. He was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company and Luis.

Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess.

I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting.

Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

Reliable, courteous, considerate, tidy. Sam was exceptionally efficient when we had issues with a part of an uncommon - exotic to use Sam's description - toilet. He was able to get the part within only a couple of days - very impressive. Sam also installed a new toilet and he was not only fast but thorough. We highly recommend Rocket Plumbing - ask for Sam!
