I called Red Lilly for a valve that needed to be replaced. I pulled a few quotes from different companies, but Red Lilly was cost effective and the rep they sent out, Wes, was honest about the situation. He was articulate, punctual and was able to complete the job successfully. The valve is fixed and our water pressure now withstands 3 flushes in a row. Thanks, Wes!

Apparently my garbage disposal stopped working and gave up on me. After an short period of time John installed a new disposal. I highly recommend.

The only reason not to hire this company is that they are about twice as expensive as everyone else. I hired them anyway ( they were very upfront about their pricing — no surprises) because I believe the quality of their work is excellent and I’ve had bad experiences trying to save money with plumbing problems.

I think he did a great job. He dropped the price. I wasn't expecting the broken pipe. He replaced it with a better pipe. I am very pleased with the work he did and how clean he left everything.
