Best Water Heater Repair in Los Angeles CA

My plumber Mike was great. Fixed my sink quickly, was professional, and indulged my landlord complaints. Will use Red Lilly again.

Fernando and his guys are some of the best people we have ever worked with. We bought our house just as we were nearing our wedding date and had a list of things to do. They really helped ease our stress and get everything done. He made himself available to us any time, day or night. We even had them replace our water heater the day of my bridal shower and it was like they weren't even there. These guys are so personable! We love them! We have already had him replace our water heater with a tankless one, fix our main shut off valve, extend our gas line and add a hookup for our stove and oven, fix our leak with our sprinklers and replace our valves in our guest shower. We tell everyone we can about our plumber and will not be looking anywhere else for the jobs to come. The peace of mind I get when I know Fernando and his guys are on the job, is priceless.

I had a main water line emergency. Victor and Gestlin came out to repair the water leak in a hurry. Within a couple of days and over the weekend, the waterline was finished and I had water in my house. I wasn't happy with the main water pipe installation which was outside a retaining wall as I always felt professional plumbing, pipes are always hidden away from view. Victor knew I was not completely satisfied with the job, so they came back move the pipes inside the wall and out of view. This level of customer service is not common in the construction industry. Overall, I recommend this business and crew to everyone.

I really appreciate 24 HR Emergency Plumber Los Angeles Inc and their technicians for the the thoroughness and how they did not have to open a hole in the wall to determine the source of the leak. That was really professional.

The team, our plumber saved the night. He was professional and competent. Rate was reasonable, considering we needed after hour service to unclog the sewer line to get toilet and tub working again. Thankfully my husband had already removed the toilet from the floor to access the sewer line, bit clog was too deep for him to get to, but if he had not removed toilet and then replaced it after The technician left, then gets much more expensive.

JW Heating was able to do the work two days ahead of original schedule. The crew arrived early in the morning and worked all day to replace all components of a heat pump mounted on the roof of our condo building. Not an easy job, given the cramped space housing air filters and associated gear. We are happy to recommend the crew and the company.

I was charged over $500 to do a sewage clean out, and they weren’t able to get the job done and they still charge me the full amount. I will never use this company again

I use this company repair a leaky faucet in my bathtub on Dec 1 2021, the same faucet started leaking again less than 3 week after the repair, I call the company on 12/29 in spoke to Jose about the same fix problem, he ask me to send him the address, I did but no Show so I send him a text the next day, He responded with can we set a appointment for Monday at 2pm and then he call with the same response, so I explained to him that the faucet has a constant leak now, and he said we may need to replace the whole system, I said okay and of that's what we need to do then that's what we'll in I still agree to keep the appointment. and the meantime I need to figure out something to stop the leak, so I call someone else. The person come out in fix the problem over the weekend. Now Jose call me on Monday at 2:46pm I miss the call, then call him back in told him the problem in now fix they found the part I needed in it replace it, then I ask Him for part the money back, he responded with you have no warranty if you would call me two later I would come back again in fix it. So I said all this to say this be careful with this company make sure you get a warrant in writing.

Complete rebuild of the shower floor and threshold. It turned out very nice and the owners were easy to work with.

Finally a company i can trust, i had 2 company's come out to give me a quote and this guy by far was the best in price and explaining my current issue as to why my main was getting clogged (all the time). They came by and got it unclogged , i will be calling them back this week to get them to come and fix it (permanently), i recommend them, just call them you wont be dissapointed!

Absolutely the best service out there. Great guys. Honest, hardworking, top-notch professionals whose work is not only superb, they also know what inspectors require, making their advice invaluable! My old building required a substantial amount of work to pass inspection after a few not so great plumbers had created a mess..and it was just one mess over another mess.. Gregg knew exactly what needed to be done and did it all for a very fair price. I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. Brian and Rocket plumbing have been extremely helpful and knowledgable. My wife and I had no idea that we were supposed to drain and flush your water heater once a year. We have always heard a knocking sound from our old water heater and now we know that it is sediment that can build up a knock around.

He told us not to throw things down our drains that were causing us problems like egg shells and coffee grounds.

It is one thing to just come to someone's home and provide a service, but to give a homeowner the knowledge that will help prevent future problems really set Rocket Plumbing apart from all the other plumbing companies I have dealt with.
